Why not charge TaKhil with kidnap and murder attempt?

Sarla Maa was kidnapped by TaKhil and beaten up etc. Abhi had already complained about the kidnap. Now Sarla Maa has identified the kidnappers as Nikhil and Tannu. So why can't they reopen the case and charge TaKhil with kidnapping? Once they are charged and go to jail, Abhi will automatically wonder why Tannu did that and eventually he can be told the truth. That way Sarla Maa gets some justice too.

Guess that's true but now that Ronnie kidnapped Tanu the same case can be put against TeamPragya. The intent is different but the method used is not. I understand that Ronnie doesn't have the share Pragya's morals where she doesn't want to stoop to Tanu's level. Yes, I know lying and blackmailing isn't morally right either, but she's trying to uncover the truth without causing harm to the innocent people involved especially the baby. She was against Ronnie killing/harming the baby and even Bulbul when she wanted to light firecrackers on Alia because it could have harmed the pregnancy. The fact that he kidnapped Tanu without the team's permission will work against them.

But they don't know about team Pragya. They can just release Tannu without harming and put a case on TaKhil.

Pragya could have put a case against Tannu a few episodes back itself.

But I do think Ronnie's deed might cost the team something.

Waise Pragya has slapped Tannu and put her in stress with blackmailing etc.. that can harm the baby too.

I don't think Pragya and team want to involve any case or police in what they're doing. I know that's crazy. I think they want to avoid media/negative publicity. Now that Pragya knows about Nikhil she may get charge them. Wonder how Abhi will take all this. It can get complicated.

BB, Sarla ma, Abhi are all waiting in line to be avenged. Abhi is top priority and he's still waiting to be saved. So what can I say about Sarla ma.

yes prani...the first order of business is bringing tanu's truth in front of abhi...after that I think everything else will be revealed...and eventually the police will be brought in for sarla ma's condition...I don't think as you said that the police will be involved in the exposure of tanu's pregnancy claim that abhi is the father...

Like i always say this track is an example of how useless people handles things together.
Before the save 1 person another will be needed to be saved.
