Me is back... This time with a SS... Please do read and let me know if I should continue or not.
SS : Short Story - Zindagi
Krish stared at her lifeless body, he gripped her hand as if to transfer his life into her, to give her warmth of life again, but the life support monitor showed no response, it just ticked slowly.
His life, soul and love was declared in coma, due to lack of oxygen. He cursed himself had he reached in time, he could have saved her.. Radhika was alive but only a vegetable. Tears rolled down his face as he looked upon her and realized his errors, his lack of judgment, his broken trust on Preeti. All his family was dead, only Radhika survived, but she was away from him too.
He promised himself he would find Preeti and avenge the chaos the damnation she brought on his family, and his Radhika.
But first he needed to be strong for Radhika, he had to bring her back into the world of living, he couldn't see her in coma.
Hours passed, days turned to months and it was finally a year. Krish was always present at her bedside. Krish had taken Radhika home after two months in the intensive care of hospital. He bought a smaller but cozy house for them, he knew Radhika would love this house, as he couldn't ever go back to that monster palace that he called home till a year back. It was painful and hurt to even think about it, but he had to forget it all temporarily for the sake of Radhika, he had to devote all his energy towards him. He provided world class medical facilities at home for her, he built an office for himself in that room itself , that even while working Radhika wasn't away from his sight. ... He waited for one signal one indication that she was waking up tirelessly.
"Aaj tak hai Dil ko Uss k laut ane ki umeed
Aaj tak thehri hui hai zindagi Apni jagah"
