True.In Maharashtra,the competition is so high.I don't know abt nagpur bcoz i always had a stand that i won't go to hostel for studies.I always wanted to be with my family so i didn't bother abt other govt clg.And me living in pune,savitribai phule pune university is the one of the best universities in the world.A lot of foreigners come here to study which itself proves its importance.So if u get graduated from pune university,its something different and if u wish to persue ur masters abroad then it helps a lot.
AND COEP is also in pune,the only govt autonomous clg which is ranked among top 15 clg all over the world.VIT also,MIT too but its not autonomous.I had a lot of options.In cet I got 145/200 and it was that year out of 35000 students,only 5000 managed to cross 100,3000 People managed to cross 125,as per the statistics in that yr.So I managed to get alloted to the top most eng clg.I even received a mail from NIIT's bcoz that time 60% of weightage was for entrance and 40% from 12 th board marks.I scored 90% in my 12th boards,so i had two options.
But do keep a check on the cutoff's bcoz it varies with each successive yr
U mentioned that i should be ur teacher,see how obedient u r and the other one is my stupid,idiot,donkey bro who keeps telling me i'm really bad at explaining things that all goes over his head.I will literally tell u what he says..."kya yaar tu duniya bhar ki gyaan batathi rehti hai ki log sochenge ki tu koi sant banne wali ho",chill yaar itha tension nehi leneka ki aisa na ho ki tu na ghar ki na ghaat ki.Now since i discontinued engineering he keeps on taunting me everytime..itha padayi karke kya mila babaji ka tullu!!!see how mean he is !!
