The episode starts with Saro seeing the snake, ready to snap, behind Komal. She pushes him away. Everyone are shocked to see a snake. Gulabo thanks Saro for saving her son. Komal becomes senseless. Gulabo panics that snake must have bitten him and requests to save her son. Saro ties Komal's leg and applies neem paste on his snake bite. Daadi tells her not to interfere, but she keeps her treatment on. After some time, komal comes into sense. Gulabo thanks Saro again for saving his life. She hopes that Komal will see her good side and change himself. Somu takes Saro to kitchen and asks why did she risk her life for enemy. She says God will protect if we save someone's life and he's there too to protect her. He says she'd have let him die as he is trying to destroy them. Saro says it's her duty to save someone in trouble and Komal will also reform soon. Priest shouts that a miracle happened as Shivji himself came in the form of snake and gave them nagmani. Daadi says gladly that it's the result of her years of prayers that Shivji gave her nagmani. Komal says he arranged this puja and not oldie, so nagmani is his. They start fighting for nagmani. Saro asks them to stop their superstition. In the mean time, Samar silently removes diamond from his ring and hides it in his pocket. He says it is his ring's diamond and not nagmani. Saro continues her lecture and everyone clap for her. Komal tells Somu that he made Samar his business partner and gave Prataphgarh s business to him. He is going for a business meeting with Samar and somu should join them too then they'll celebrate with dancing and drinking tonight. Somu thinks he will have to break Saro's fast, how will he di that if Komal takes him out. When they reach their bike, komal asks him to sit behind. Somu says he forgot his wallet and runs in. Saro in kitchen asks Nirjhara how will she break fast if somu isn't here. Just then somu enters running and asks her to hurry up. Nirjhara asks them to break fast soon and walks out. Somu feeds Saro quickly and then hugs her. Gulabo sees them hugging and realizes that he isn't Munna. Somini gets nervous seeing Gulabo. Meanwhile, Komal comes into kitchen from outside and asks somu to hurry up. Gulabo, with teary eyes, calls somu as Munna then asks him to bring kaju biscuits while returning home. He hugs her and whispers that he can't return her son, but will try to be her son. Somu leaves with komal. Gulabo tells Saro ruefully that her son doesn't listen to her and who listens to her isn't her son.
Precap: Saro notices a poison bottle in kitchen, meant for killing mice. Bhaskar mixes the poison in somu's and komal's milk and watches hiding. Saro rushes to save Komal and somu. But somu is already drinking the poisonous milk.
