Every one in my family loves wraps. A lot of ingredients are involved but its ok worth it.
Here's my version
First vegetable recipe serves2
2 medium size onion finely chopped
1 tomato large
Garlic
Ginger
1 carrot finely chopped
3/4 th cup green peas boiled
1 cup boiled sweet corn
2 cups paneer chopped
1 large capsicum finely chopped
Chilly powder
Chings paneer chilly masala
Cheese optional
Salt
Heat oil in large pan . Add garlic ginger paste n let it fry for about a minute. Then Add onion , when it is fried properly add chopped tomatoes when it is cooked add carrots, capsicum. Place lid over pan n let it cook. When it is cooked add salt, chilly powder , bolied peas n corn, chings paneer chilly masala.mix throughly then add paneer keep lid for a minute. Its ready.u can add cheese also.
For wrap u can make chapati or roti using maida or wheat or both as per ur choice.
Put some above cooked vegetable on roti , u can also spread some ketchup on it n also add oregano spice.make roll .
