She debuted in Bollywood in 1992, but died in early 1993. In that time she became a superstar and a household name.

She was the hottest newcomer on the block.

Yash Chopra cast her in Parampara, but he had to reshoot with Neelam as a replacement.

Who knows if she was still alive, he probably would have cast her in Darr... and perhaps DDLJ and DTPH...

It's funny she's younger than the likes of Hrithik Roshan/Aishwarya Rai/Farhan Akhtar... who are hot property today.

In one word; tragic.

In terms of Hindi films...

- Her debut was Vishwatma which released in January 1992.

- Deewana was her 5th release

- She had 10 releases in 1992.
