Just started watching the show and so damn confused

So I accidentally stumbled upon the trailer of this show yesterday where Twinkle and her mom barge in Yuvi's party and they have the nok- jhok. Found it so cool and thought of watching the show online as I noticed the show has already completed over 100 episodes.


I caught up on at least 50 episodes so far and I am so darn confused as to why they changed the whole story line? The theme of the show looked so fresh and youngistani where kids pretend to hate each other due to family feud but love each other behind their mum's back. But then suddenly the show took a bad turn showing Yuvi negative and it just ruined all my hopes.. :-/

Do we know why that happened and why they didn't continue with Zain as the main lead and the story about the actual tashan -e- ishq?

Because yuvi being negative was intended all along since its inception. The makers of the show didn't want to give away the fact that yuvi was pretending to love twinkle for his mother's revenge, as that was the big twist of the show, hence why they showed yuvi as the main lead in the initial promos and as you see kunj was introduced in less than 8 episodes of it airing. This proves that kunj was intended to be the main lead all along as they would not have introduced a new main male lead right at the beginning of the show within two weeks of it going on air. Plus sid who plays kunj was there at the launch which also proves the male lead was not changed drastically but was planned since the beginning!

they didnt change anything. Yuvi was always supposed to be like this. and i think this plot is more unteresting cz how many epi Yuvi Twinkle would pretend to hate each other, 50, 100? story after tht would be same

It was always Twinkle Kunj.. They just introduced yuvi before to create the backdrop of the yuvle story and the whole revenge thing

Yes,it was all planned even in his latest interview sid said that When he and jasmine signed the contract they knew thatjasmine will be his heroin and he will be jasmine's hero for a year,because generally TV contracts are for 1 year and then they are renewed.
