Bubbly smiled warmly at Twinkle for her efforts to get ready. It seemed like forever since her Didi was motivated to live her life. Even if this Krish guy wasn't Kunj Sarna, he had created a ray of hope in her sister's life.
No matter what happened next, there was hope that Twinkle Taneja Sarna would begin to live her life again.
Chinki and Amrita were busy plotting the day's events since earlier that morning.
" Amrita, we don't want to take away your friend, but if he really is who we all hope he is, he needs to be where he rightfully belongs, in Amritsar," Chinki declared.
Amrita gave her cousin a considerate look.
" Krish is going to meet us near Globe Nexus Mall. We have to indirectly create scenarios so Twinkle can figure out if he can be Kunj. If he is I am sure he will feel his connection with her," she replied with confidence.
The four girls headed to the mall to start their shopping. Apparently they didn't have to create too many incidents to bring Krish and Twinkle to interact.
Twinkle was about to slip off the escalator when the heel of her shoes slipped on the steps,. She braced herself for a large impact , torn skin and major injuries.
Fortunately, strong arms lifted her up and soon she regained her balance.
As the other girls' voices caught in their throats, they noticed the twosome in an eye lock.
Krish felt something familiar in holding Twinkle. It was as if he had caught her like this before.
Memories flashed in Twinkle's mind of each incident that Kunj had prevented harm to come to her. Her eyes welled up and she sprung away from Krish's arms.
" Tum theek toh ho?," he asked.
She merely nodded.
The girls inwardly cheered but realized they needed to ensure their concern was visible to avoid suspicion from Krish's end.
" Twinkle toh theek hai?," Chinki and Amrita exclaimed.
" Di aap ko chot toh nahin lagi?," Bubbly inquired.
Twinkle tried not to blush.
"Main theek hoon," Twinkle muttered.
She walked a bit ahead. But she stopped to glance back at him.
Krish felt like he should crack a joke or say something else to her, but he was at a loss for words.
They all headed off for shopping. Twinkle stopped short at a rack of lenghas and cholis.
Krish gazed at her from a distance and suddenly without his own accord, he emerged closer to where Twinkle stood.
"Tuj pe yeh rang sabse sundar lagta hai," he whispered into her ear.
Stunned at his own words he backed off before she could fully turn around to confront him for these words.
Twinkle's instincts were further confirmed when Krish ordered exactly what Kunj would have ordered at the Thai restaurant they stopped at later.
Only she knew Kunj wasn't fond of eggs with his noodles.
" Please usse mein andhe mat dhalna," Twinkle quipped.
Krish looked at her surprised.
Chinki and Amrita exchanged victory glances. Bubbly wasn't sure how to react.
" Just figured he may not like it," Twinkle muttered.
"It's fine Twinkle. I don't like eggs with my noodles," Krish quipped.
The next few days passed by quickly. Twinkle realized Krish was most likely Kunj, but knew he would think she was crazy.
" Amrita I know you all have tried to bring me and Krish close to see if he is really my Kunj, but I do not want to put pressure on him to remember the past. Kal hum sab jaare hain wapas Amritsar. I will pray whatever is right for all of us happens soon," Twinkle stated.
Amrita was at a loss of words. She wanted Twinkle to convince Krish of his true identity.
" Mujhe poora vishwas hai ki Baabaji ne jiju ko bachaya hai," Bubbly declared after Twinkle walked away.
" Haan Bubbly. Ab yeh dekhna hai, kya Krish Amritsar aaya gaya?," Chinki questioned.
As planned Amrita was to call Krish to thank him for escorting them around Delhi after the girls left.
However before she could call him, she received a call from him.
" Amrita mujhe batao tumare paas Kunj Sarna ki ek photo hai?," he asked suddenly.
" Haan hai, ek second main tuhme bhej thi hoon," she replied.
Krish waited patiently and was stunned at the picture before him. It was then he knew the truth.
His real name was Kunj Sarna.
He quickly called Amrita back.
" Twinkle kahan hai?," he asked.
" Woh toh baas abhi Amritsar chali gayi," Amrita stated.
Krish was feeling forlorn.
"Muhje bhi wahan jana chaiye hai," he muttered.
" Kyun, woh toh shaadi ke liye..,"
" Doorsi shaadi? Lekin uske pati ki body nahin mili abhi tak right?," he asked.
Amrita smiled to herself.
" Tumare uski saath koi rishta hai kya?," she teased.
" Haan, mujhe poora yakeen hai ki woh meri patni hai. Main yeh shaadi nahin hone dunga," he declared before hanging up.
Amrita tucked her phone away after messaging Chinki.
"Thanks Babaji iss ke liye!"
