As the name suggests, its a thread to 'appreciate' your favorite contestant the thread is made for. DO NOT discuss other contestants in the AT as it defeats the purpose of the AT being made. Discussion on Qualities, Behaviors or what other contestant does is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED.
One may question how can one discuss in the AT without bringing in other contestant when the person is living in the same house as other contestants.
There is a difference between mentioning and discussing another contestant :
Example of the below is NOT allowed as you are discussing or bashing Contestant B in the AT of Contestant A.
Contestant A was good today and i didn't liked how Contestant B kept irritating him. Contestant B is so annoying and she/he should be eliminated soon as she keeps doing...etc.
Example of the bellow is ALLOWED as its merely mentioning Contestant B and discussing Contestant A
Contestant A was good today and i liked how he/she performed the task with Contestant B Or Contestant A is paired up with Contestant B & C now

The difference of mentioning is when other contestant is mentioned as a sidenote to your statement rather than going into detail discussing other contestants's qualities or mocking/bashing other contestant in the AT.
Furthermore, the AT is not to be mis-used as a place to discuss the forum happenings/fangroups or opinions of other members. In a nutshell, only discuss or appreciate the person the AT is made for.
Continuous disregard to the rules and notes would lead to the AT being closed as per the penalties set for the AT rules and members involved shall also expect action being taken.
Derogatory and demeaning terms while referring to a particular contestant/member is strictly NOT ALLOWED. Term should not be derogatory or demeaning anyone off their self-respect, physical appearance or profession or comparing them to animals. IF has a taken a strict stand against use of invectives/ expletives including W*F/B*****/C*****/F***/A**H*** etc so members are informed not to use them.
