"Hey! What are you doing?" he asked, following her like a tiny pup. He was always her pet puppy, according to him.

Part 2

"Ishani?" she gazed at him for a long time until he snapped his fingers back, "Ishani!"

"Tell me, Ranveer"

"Do you like me?" he asked, innocently as she looked at him and said "I do"

"How much do you like me?" he asked her again, which made her puzzled.

"How much? Well, I cannot describe it in words. I like you, in real sense" she said, her voice deep as he looked at her thinking "Whatever come may go, I am not letting you go away from me, Ishani. I love you"

Coming back to the update now. The conversation continues, and Ranveer is charmingly mysterious over here plus, with a lot of mood-swings. He is dropping clues but Ishaani..when's she going to figure it out?

And what was that?! A ghostly apparition? I felt like I was reading Shakespeare in today's contemporary English. That was really well-written. But who's that Someone? And seven slits on the wrist, who wants him dead. I'm waiting for answers now.

Wait a mo', did Ranveer sleep in his secret place? And is the secret place in his office/resort? I didn't quite comprehend it.

I'm waiting for a full-fledged confession now! Both love each other but these two always have the problem of not expressing it. But I know that, 'Sabr ka phal meeta hota hai'. So, I'll wait and watch..I mean wait and read.

Overall, it was a good update. Waiting for the next one. Update soon enough.

I think his moods can easily be attributed to being bi-polar judging by the way you've described it. And self-harm accompanies as well. Coming back to the update, I find this very, very interesting. So Ranveer sees two mystified hallucinations - one is of his dream girl, the other belongs to his demons. I like it; I like it a lot. So Ranveer's indulged in self-harm in atleast seven incidents. That does make him emotionally fragile and explosive in a way.

Another assumption - I know it's stupid of me to assume because self-harm is psychological, but could there be any chance that it comes naturally to him because he'd committed suicide in his last life? The mind-set always remains the same as directed by the soul. And before you hurl something at me, let's move on.

Ishaani tackled the situation smartly, I must say. His hallucination frightened her, but she kept her head straight and eased him out of it. Goodness knows that the fellow was capable of doing anything to himself in that moment. She put him off to sleep in his secret room and brought him lunch. Thoughtful enough.

And the ending was simply splendid. She's giving him the assurance that everything would be alright and that she was to be there for him until her last breath. He defies her statement by saying he's die first because he was her saviour. Interesting. Very interesting. But he also vows to never let her away from himself because he loves her. Ah!

Keep it up, sweetie, you're doing a great job! Do update the next part soon enough!

AT least, she is that smart.🥱🥱 Yeah, he was weak and he is...It wasn't his secret room. It was his personal cabin in his resort.

You'll have the romance ones in the upcoming chapters.

Starting from his puzzles to his nightmares everything ws very well portrayed in your ff
Poor guy is so much scared of leaving ishani
I have a doubt u mentioned about previous scars did he inflicted them on his body on his own
And also I don't understand why there are 2 girls in his nightmare one telling that they can b together and another one contradicting first.
BT I loved the chapter very much overall and did he said that actually then ishani got to understand otherwise no one is as dumb as her
