Since there is a Tie between First two banners for the winner's title , so we will b conducting the Tie-Breaker Round in Dev team Section where only Coolbies and Mods will get to vote .. This is done so that noone is able to advertise either of the two banners

Winner and Runner-Up will b announced in few days time as soon as we get the result of the Tie
