Ramayan Mahabharat etc always give good positive vibe no pain or twisting pain there so ...

@Krishna it is working for old shows, but not many new shows which tried the tear jerker formulae are succeeding.

SP itself has classic examples in TSM and BD. Even the existing audience ran away when they bought tear jerker aunties.

When new shows are twisted for getting TRP the old show way, most of the shows are going for doom, with even the existing audience running away.

See with BARC rating rural population is coming. Colors have all the shows with themes that attract the rural populace, never matter the torture. Hence they are ruling the chart.

SP shows are mostly for urban audience or net savy audience. That's why SP struggling with its new shows as SP made the move to attract new audience couple of years back. But trying to break away to new realm completely has backfired for SP. The move should have been more gradual and in parts as people would have been open.

If you look SP only gave some of the best shows content wise in last couple of years DABH, Ek Hazaron Mein, EHT, Everest, Saraswatichandra etc...

But to bring youth content drastically in DYM, TSM, BD etc.. back fired as narration was not there for that shows. They were completely script based. Audience are yet to get used to Script based shows.

Its a tragedy 4 indian tv if show like SKR not getting d trps it deserves and all craps ruling the charts...I really don't understand who watches all those non sense shows on tv 😛 😛 ...sorry if I'm being rude... anyway its good to see that atleast trps r stable...hoping it would grow 👏 👏
