Armaan and Kb are questioning each other but Immi comes there and disturbing them to take selfies. KB is going after Armaan and Mahira but Immi stops her to play hide and seek. KB gets annoyed and tells him to go hide and not come out until she tells him to.
Armaan comes to Mahira and tells her that theres no sin in being happy and starting afresh. Mahira compares her love to a flower, saying the smell of a flower stays forever just like her love for Azaad even after hes gone. Armaan tells her that she can see Azaads love but not his who is infront of her, she taunts him that this is ego not love and she can spend her whole life with the pain of Azaads love. KB is listening to this. Armaan angrily tells her that she can even kill herself in Azaads love if she wants to and goes away. Mahira has flashbacks and slips off from the edgs of the cliff. KB runs after her and shouts for help. Everyone comes there and sees Mahira holding onto the edge. Ehsaan tells Armaan that he will get a rope from the car. Armaan keeps consoling her and tells her to grab the rope but she is too afraid. Armaan tells everyone to move back and tries to pull Mahira up with the rope but he also falls. Armaan makes Mahira hold onto him tight while he manages to climb back up using the rope. Armaan starts shouting at her asking why she did such a stupid thing, and says if something happened to ehr then how would he stay alive. Mahira is shocked to see blood coming out of Armaan's heart and he falls unconscious on her.
The doctor tells Mahira to keep praying for him and Mahira feels guilty that this happened because he was trying to save her. KB tells Mahira that Armaan lvoes her and how much he has changed. After a long time, the doctor comes and tells them that they stopped the bleeding but because of the transplant it is complicated to put stitches and it could cause an infection. Mahira panics and keeps telling them that do anything to make Armaan fine. KB tries to calm ehr down. The nurse says that only one eprson can stay and Mahira insists to stay. Ehsaan offers to stay but KB pinches his hand and says Mahira will stay. KB tells her to take care and hugs her thinking that now they will come closer.
Ehsaan and KB come home and Ehsaans mother questions them about Armaan. She tells KB that a mothers prayers has the most power and Allah will listen to her. His mother asks where Immi is and KB suddenly rememebrs that she left him in the park and thinks that he always causes problems for her. Ehsaan asks her about Immi and KB says that she sent him with Kainaat. Ehsaan is about to call Kainaat but KB says she will bring him ehrself.
Mahira stands outside the operation room of Armaan and hears the doctor saying that Armaan is losing blood. She thinks that if something happens to him, she will never forgive herself.
Precap: Mahiras dupatta gets stuck in Armaans bed, she takes it out and touches his hand. She thinks this is so wrong but why doesn't it feel wrong.
