Armaan is strolling around and wondering why it is paining him so much to see Mahira's condition. Someone comes there and tells Armaan that only true love can save Mahira. Afreen and KB are also lsitening to this.
Armaan is worried and pondering over the man's words while Bari Bi calms him down. BB says that Mahira is a widow and there's no one to think about her. Armaan leaves and Afreen comes there and starts inquiring about Armaan delibarately. She sees his photo and questions about his locket to which BB tells her that its his only nishani from his mother. BB tells her that the locket has a lock on it which no one has been able to open, Afreen thinks that she knows where the key must be and KB must have kept it safe. Afreen assures her that she will find the key and BB says its better to keep it closed in order for Armaan to move on. BB says that Armaan got rid of all his memories from childhood and even got his extra thumb removed. Afreen thinks that she will unlock this secret.
KB is crying and saying to Lateef and Ghazala that God is punishing her children instead of herself and she is helpless. She sees Armaan coming and says that if her son was still here he would never let anything happen to Mahira and would protect her and says that Mahira would open her eyes on eharing his heartbeat. Armaan remembers how Mahira blamed him for taking Azaads heart. Ghazala tells her to talk to Armaan and convince him but KB cries that he won't listen. Armaan goes and Lateef says that he was supposed to go to Mahira but he didn't. KB says they have at least planted the idea in his mind. She says she has to go for a meeting and tells them both to take care of Mahira and Afreen shouldn't go near her.
The guy who saved KB is thinking about his old romantic moments with his wife who looks exactly like KB and thinks that if he thinking right then she won't be able to stay away from him for long.
Afreen tries to get in Mahira's room and Lateef blocks her way, due to what KB ahd given to Lateef for protection Afreen is unable to do anything and has to go away. She then comes back dressed as a fashion designer. She says she has come to show some designs to KB. Lateef tells her that she isnt here and asks to show them to him instead. She tells him to sit here and look at the designs, and whichever he likes she will give to him for free. Lateef is excited to hear this. Lateef gets busy and Afreen thinks she must find the key before Armaan goes out of her reach.
Armaan is questioned about the presentation and says he hasn't been able to seen it. The guy then questions about Mahira's health. Armaan says she is serious and the guy tells him about a dargah and says that water from there can cure a person and even save a person who is dying.
Afreen manages to find the key through her evil powers.
Armaan comes to Mahira and remembers BB's words that she is a widow and alone. He thinks that for the cause of humanity, he will do what he can to save her. Armaan is going to get the pure water to save Mahira but Afreen comes there and stops him. Afreen tells him to think about his own life first. She says I know you are still looking for your mother. He says its none of her business and is leaving when Afreen grabs his arm. She shows him the key and tells him to open the lock.
KB gets a call from that guy who says he has a parcel for her which only she can open. She says she is in a meeting and to give it tomorrow. He thinks he must meet this woman who has the same face.
Afreen convinces Armaan and he takes the key and opens the lock. He is shocked to see a photo of KB with baby Armaan.
Precap: Armaan goes to KB and questions her about why she done this. Armaan is shattered and Afreen consoles him and hugs him. She thinks that she has beat Mahira.
