Last year, it was Happy New Year. This year, it's time for Dilwale. Shah Rukh Khan is slowly turning out to be one of the leading pioneers of ensemble films. At a time when most stars shy away from doing multiple hero-heroine films, SRK has pushed the envelope one more time. And this time, it's Varun Dhawan who's playing SRK's brother in the film.
Quiz Varun about Shah Rukh and he immediately responds, "He is a rockstar and possibly the coolest co-star I ever had. He's also the youngest on the sets because he's always on the go, he doesn't let us sleep."
SRK too wasn't behind. While Kriti and Varun heaped praises on King Khan, the Baadshah too immediately took centre stage to talk about his bhai Varun. " Varun is the most hard-working actor I have worked with over the years. And he is the one who will stand out in the film. Trust me when I see it. He is sincere and brilliant and he makes me look good really good in Dilwale."
The first theatrical trailer was launched on Monday and the trailer has already become a sensation online. While some have applauded the 3 minute trailer, many have even expressed their disappointment with the same. Nevertheless, given that the film has many things working in its favour- from SRK-Rohit combo to SRK-Kajol's sizzling chemistry and the freshness of Varun-Kriti's pairing- Dilwale is all set to create a tsunami at the box office this December!
