When he was accosted at the airport as Dr Aamir in the movie Aamir' it was almost as though a close acquaintance of each of his viewers was being wronged. If Rajeev decides to open a detective agency like Samrat of Samrat & Co' people would willingly entrust him with solving the puzzles of their lives. If Rajeev decides to be a motorcycle taxi driver/tour guide Peter of The Goa Run one is gladly willing to be shown around. Such is the power of his acting.

It will be an understatement to say Rajeev is very loved by his fans. Just as he has evolved in his roles over the years, his bond with his fans has only got stronger with time. His hectic schedules and long hours at work, does not stop him from connecting with his fans.
