I know exactly how you feel. But public voting in India is not only about who has more supporters. How much money those supporters have to burn on SMS votes/multiple votes plays an important role. So never take the results to heart.

Public voting happens in American Idol also, but there are toll free lines to ensure all can vote. Elections are decided by votes, but you don't pay to vote. But the Indian reality shows are set up to fleece the ppl who have money to burn in exchange for seeing their favorite win. So support your favorite contestant by all means, but don't get emotionally involved in this voting business. Remember any contestant who has a lot of poor ppl rooting for him/her has little chance. Doesn't mean they don't have public support.

Sameer is the winner for me,....he worked so hard and even, after getting 3rd place he wasn't crying...that shows us how strong he is....he will definately be successful in life.
