Scene 1

The episode begins with some young boys and girls driving along at night through a dense forested area. One of them, Sagar asks the cars to stop and gets out saying he'll be back after answering a call of nature. The others start complaining about him and his lover Nisha defends him. They say she's blinded by her love for him. Meanwhile, Sagar starts relieving himself when there's an explosion and he finds a large beeping metal box with flashing green light behind him. A large portal opens in the sky and a great green beam of light flashes down upon the box (I was half expecting a dinosaur to come out of the portal. If you get the SWAT Kats reference, kudos) and a figure with a scarecrow-like mask appears in front of Sagar, who flees in terror and dives into the car yelling at the others to drive away fast. They do so.

Scene 2

The youngsters arrive at the farmhouse they were going to stay in and the watchman hands them keys. The others go inside while Sagar hangs behind to ask the watchman about the scarecrow figure he'd seen. The man says he knows nothing and leaves in a hurry. Nisha irritably drags Sagar back into the farmhouse where the others are dancing to pop songs. Someone comes up and knocks the door, and one of the boys answers it. The visitor turns out to be a bald man, who demands what they're doing there. They say they've rented the farmhouse to spend holidays. The man warns them to go away before it's too late as some great danger lurks there, and leaves.

The group goes back inside and Sagar points out how the watchman was scared, this man warned them and he had also seen that ghostly apparition. Nisha supports him, but the others insist they've had a tiring journey and can stay there for that night, and start dance and music again. Sagar and Nisha go outside and Sagar repeats to her the ghostly phenomena he had witnessed, and says at least both of them should get away to safety. At this point, there's an explosion similar to what he had heard before, and they try to run but confront something terrifying. Back inside, the other youngsters continue to enjoy themselves and two of them go upstairs to their room. Suddenly the lights start flashing and strong winds blow inside. They try to get away but an unseen, fearsome entity approaches and attacks them.

Scene 3

We see our CID team comprising of Abhijeet sir, Salunkhe sir, Sachin sir, Purvi di, Jayawanti, Pankaj and Vansh in the farmhouse talking to the watchman and bald man who had warned the youngsters; the latter explains how they did not heed his warning and we're shown that he entered the house 10-15 min later to discover that the teens are all gone. Their worried parents rush inside and Abhijeet sir assures them that they'll find their kids. The village Sarpanch also enters and says the kids are unlikely to be found now, because the farmhouse is haunted by a vicious aatma. Abhijeet sir rejects the superstitious claim and points out there are no signs of struggle in the place. They go upstairs and are shown something written in what looks like blood, in weird lettering. Salunkhe sir collects samples of the dried liquid used to create the writing. The ladies check the kids' bags downstairs, but find nothing. Abhijeet sir says there's something going on which is being misconstrued, and decides to check the area outside the building.

Scene 4

The team starts checking the area surrounding the bungalow and also the kids' cars, while Abhijeet sir, Salunkhe sir and Sachin sir talk to the locals. They explain that 10 years before the farmhouse was bought by some rich man, its owners mysteriously disappeared and only their son Surendra survived, and history now seems to be repeating itself. They say that the farmhouse is still haunted by the scarecrow ghost and many people have apparently seen it, along with the flashing green lights and all (which Sagar saw in scene 1). Salunkhe sir says there's some strong reason behind all of this.

The locals say they also didn't notice any other cars entering or leaving the area. Purvi di wonders how anyone could've taken away the 9 kids when their cars are present right there and no other vehicle entered the area. Jayawanti finds marks in the garden, of two people dragged off into the forest. Sachin sir suggests that the attacker might've somehow managed to drag the others into the forest as well. Abhijeet sir instructs him to get photos of all the kids from their parents, and search the forest while he goes to meet Surendra and find out what happened 10 years ago.

Scene 5

In a flashback, we see the young Surendra being woken up by thunder and screams at night, and running downstairs where he hides and watches in terror as the scarecrow figure drags away his motionless parents into a room, who are bound with chains. Back in the present, we see Abhijeet sir, Purvi di and Pankaj talking to the adult Surendra. Pankaj shows him a photo of the mysterious bloody writing and Surendra says it's a danger sign as the same writing appeared 10 years ago, when his parents went missing. He says the writing is in an ancient language, and means that the end of time is here.

The team enters the room where Surendra had seen the scarecrow figure dragging his parents, and searches it. Abhijeet sir finds a hidden trapdoor beneath a carpet. He remarks that ancient buildings from the British era like this one often had such trapdoors to let freedom fighters in and out, and says that Surendra's parents and the teens were taken away through the same. They enter and venture through the dark tunnel leading from the trapdoor. Abhijeet sir remarks that someone seems to have found out how Surendra's parents were kidnapped, and is now using this passage for ill purposes. They find a dead man in there and Pankaj finds a large, fluorescent gemstone in his pocket. Abhijeet sir comments that the tunnel seems to be used for smuggling.

Scene 6

Back in the forest, Sachin sir, Salunkhe sir, Jayawanti, Vansh and the village locals are seen unsuccessfully searching the whole area for the teens. Abhijeet sir, Purvi di and Pankaj emerge from the tunnel in the forest and construe that this route was used to bring the teens to the jungle and take them away. Both teams meet each other in the forest and update each other. The watchman remarks that all foul incidents there happen at night only. Abhijeet sir instructs both teams to keep watch separately that night, and worries about the teens.

Scene 7

We see the kidnapped teens held hostage in a dark cell and pondering how to escape. Three men in scarecrow masks enter and say they'll release them if they answer their question - what they witnessed in the forest before coming to the farmhouse. Sagar starts to explain about the ghostly phenomena he had witnessed, but the others stop him and insist they saw nothing. The goons threaten to kill them all unless they divulge the truth in an hour, and one of them stays outside to guard the cell while the others leave. Inside one of the teens says Sagar should tell the goons what he saw, while another one Rohit refuses and says that the goons might kill them if they keep quiet but if they tell the truth and it turns out they had witnessed something the goons didn't want anyone to see, they'll most definitely be murdered. They then stage a drama of Nisha suffering from throat pain and when the guard goon enters to check, they overpower him. Rohit wears the man's mask and goes outside to fetch help.

Scene 8

We see Abhijeet sir, Purvi di and Pankaj along with the village locals and Sarpanch moving through the forest at night. Suddenly, the entire area fills with a suffocating cloud of smoke and starts choking them. Suddenly the great portal opens in the sky, there are eerie sounds and blinding green light shines down upon them. Chains descend downwards, catch a villager by the throat and start to pull him upwards. The cops and villagers struggle helplessly before going unconscious.

Scene 9

The next morning, Sachin sir, Salunkhe sir, Jayawanti and others are seen reviving their unconscious teammates. Abhijeet sir explains what happened, and Salunkhe sir says the smoke must've contained some hallucinogenic substance which made them experience all those illusions. Salunkhe sir and Vansh prepare to take the badly wheezing villagers to the hospital, and the former leaves some gas masks with Abhijeet sir as a precaution. Sachin sir says there's no sign of the kids.

Scene 10

In the holding cell, the teens are worried that Rohit hasn't returned still. The other two scarecrow-masked goons enter calling out for their companion Raka (who was knocked out), and find him unconscious there, and notice that one of the teens is missing. Infuriated, they revive Raka and then punish the teens by releasing toxic gas inside the cell before leaving to find Rohit.

Scene 11

We see Abhijeet sir, Sachin sir, Purvi di, Jayawanti and Pankaj moving through the forest discussing that the villagers seem to be right about the uncanny incidents in the forest. Abruptly Pankaj falls down a ledge and Rohit comes across him. Purvi di recognizes him and they help him up. He explains how his friends are trapped and he escaped to find help, and heard two of the masked goons planning to scoot from there. Abhijeet sir sends Sachin sir and Jayawanti to stop them, and asks Rohit to lead them to his friends.

Scene 12

Rohit leads the cops through the tunnel leading to the cell where his friends are imprisoned. Halfway through, they encounter another cloud of toxic gas and put on their gas masks before proceeding. They break into the cell where the teens are all suffocating, and start to evacuate them. Sagar is seen lying motionless and Abhijeet sir checks to realize he's dead. His friends go hysterical with grief. Purvi di forcibly leads them to safety and remarks to Abhijeet sir that Sagar seems to have been affected too soon by the gas. Pankaj finds another piece of gemstone nearby. Abhijeet sir says that these thugs seem to be digging up precious stones under cover of the ghost drama, and they set out to stop them.

Scene 13

We see the two masked goons and their accomplices preparing to load crates of gemstones onto their inbound helicopter, laughing that they've eliminated all evidences. The CID team arrives and engages them in a heavy gun battle, and overpowers them. Abhijeet sir defeats and unmasks the leader, who turns out to be the village Sarpanch. He hands him a tight slap. The defeated Sarpanch tries to bribe the CID saying that he wasn't harming anyone by smuggling gems. Sachin sir tells him that those are property of the government. The Sarpanch says he kidnapped the kids to create an aura of terror so nobody dared to enter the farmhouse and interfere with his smuggling business. Abhijeet sir remembers seeing an injection mark on Sagar's neck and questions the goons about it, but they say they didn't inject any of the teens as the toxic gas was lethal enough. Abhijeet sir takes them all into custody.

Scene 14

The team is seen questioning the teens about Sagar. Nisha says Sagar had been experiencing bouts of dizziness after Rohit went out to get help, but they thought it's due to prolonged imprisonment in the cellar. She mentions that Rohit had been with Sagar before that, and coming there had been his plan too. Rohit gets nervous and tries to flee, but is caught by Sachin sir. He confesses that he wanted to get rid to Sagar as he loved Nisha, so he injected him with a slow poison and hoped that people would think the ghost of the farmhouse killed Sagar. Abhijeet sir says he'll be executed for his crime.

THE END

(Despite some annoyances and loopholes, I personally found the episode alright. Especially the investigation by Abhijeet sir's team was nice to see.)
