Amaya is massaging Sneha's head. Sneha says that you have magic touch which can heal anything. Amaya immediately remembers the moment when Mantu healed her leg sprain. Sneha remembers Rishi and Amaya asks her how does love happen? Amaya then asks how did their love story bloom? Sneha recites a story about how Rishi bought Mangalsutra for her as a gift when they had a little money. Then she says that our love story started after marriage and the stops and goes from there.
Sneha then touches Rishi's photo. Then she hears her conscience saying that for how long she will hide the truth. Sneha ignores the voice and then wakes up with a jolt.
Rachita and sneha visit doctor. He suggests her to take insulin and shows how to take it. He also adds that it must be refrigerated.
Mantu is talking to someone about Dev sir and needs to hire someone. Mantu suggests Amaya's name.
Rachita is trying to give insulin to Sneha but is afraid. She hands over the injection to Amaya. Amaya first refuses but then gives injection. They discuss about refrigerator. Amaya then says that Rama can refrigerate insulin in his shop. Rachita agrees and then shedecides to also talk about that girl he is going to marry.
Rachita comes to meet Rama at shop. Rachita tells that she wants to talk about his engagement and also a favour and tells him about the insulin. He agrees. Rama's dad stops him and tells Rachita that he will charge 500rs per month. Rachita agrees. Rama's mother says the Gajanan chaube had a heartattack on that reception night. Rachita is shocked and goes away.
Sneha is finding jobs in paper. Rachita comes there and is lost in thoughts. She tells about what Rama's dad told her. Amaya gets angry. Rachita stops her and tells her about Gajanan Chaube's heartattack and Sneha listens.
