Karan has caught some eye Infection, his right eye was all swollen and red in today's episode. 😲 He is still shooting with that Infection in those powerful lights, how much of dedication he has. He is a real star ⭐️

Wish Him a speedy recovery and hope the strong lights of shooting doesn't effect his Infection.

Karan is really very dedicational. An actor like him isn't found in Tellywood. He is a masterpiece. I wish for his speedy recovery.

yeah i also saw... aaj k episode mein karan ko naa bhi dikhte toh kam chal skta tha ..karan ko off le lena chajiye tha...
