The episode begins with an extremely upset n distraught Nishi creating a scene at her sasuraal , over the fact that she could never ever conceive,she shouts at the In Laws as they try to pacify her , calm her , she screams at them for showing her sympathy , her violence becomes uncontrollable and she ends up injuring her MIL in the process .
Finally her husband Jignesh asks Ragini to take the upset Nishi to her maika for few days .
In US Neil is reluctant to let Suhaani go for a jungle camp with her boy friend.
Pam , Arav & suhaani try to convince him but he is reluctant .
Next moment the guy arrives with a bunch of flowers , he introduces himself as kartik , he comes to meet Neil and seeks permission for dating Suhaani . Neil replies suhaani was too young for that ,He asks him to join them for dinner .
At the dinner table neil displays his reluctance over allowing his daughter's boyfriend to have anything to do with his daughter , Arav and pam try to diffuse the tensed situation by talking of Salads , Neil questions kartik on his choice of girl , suhaani. Neil asks if they were planning marriage. Kartik explains that they were trying to know each other , then they would decide later if they wanted to marry , Neil explains that knowing for years was not enough, for successful marriage one had to accept the other person with all his flaws ,Suhaani and kartik then assure neil that they would try to give time to each other .
Neil tells them that he had suffered the effects of broken marriage and did not want them to suffer the same , Suhaani tells her dad that she understood everything and wanted dad to understand kartik and accept him , Neil tells Suhaani that if both suhaani and kartik were agreeing to his points he had no objections with their rishtaa as kartik was responsible guy. But warns him never to hurt his daughter , kartik assures Neil he respected Neil very much and would never hurt either suhaani or neil .
Kartik takes leave of the family , neil tells suhaani that he loved her very much. He hoped kartik would keep her happy , Suhaani smiles with happiness and hugs neil
Elsewhere in India Dimpy and karan ask Pam how she refused RK's date offer ?? They then discuss how karan proposed to Dimpy, Devika then reveals how she proposed to RK , Devika asks RK if Pam knew RK was engaged to Devika , soon they receive a message from Pam joking over RK -Devika rishtaa , Devika is annoyed over this .
Ragini brings Nishi to her house , Nishi weeps and Ragini is tries to pacify her ,calm her , But nishi is distraught that her marriage was over , she refuse to live with compromise , she is depressed she could never change anything. She is upset her marriage was broken
Ragini explains to nishi to accept all the shortcomings , to try and adjust. To give the marriage time , Ragini says she did not want her daughter to do the same mistake that she and Neil did , Nishi replies that her mom n dad could not reunite even after 15 yrs of trying. Ragini tells her to forget the past and move on. Not to give up before trying , give time to Jignesh to forget the cruel words she had told him , and move on .Nishi does not want to discuss it any more
Precap Aman tells Ragini to manage nishi's depression with care and compassion , he advises ragini to ask neil to speak to nishi once
Ragini is not happy with the idea of talking to neil , what help could Neil give to nishi when he could do nothing for his own marriage ,
Aman advises her to forget the past and make a new beginning And do things that would give nishi happiness
