Nishi and Jignesh get into a quarrel when Jignesh blames Nishi and her mother for the clutter. She protests violently and in turn blames his parents for being desperate for a grandchild. Though she loves children and herself wants to be a mom she's now irritated with the matter. Jignesh gets frustated and leaves the room saying it is impossible and of no use to talk to her and her family. He wishes he could talk with Neil. In USA, Neil and children are trying to make a dish which Suhani will take for her friends but the microwave bursts. Pam advises to order it from outside and telling friends that she has made it. Meanwhile Nishi calls Neil who after some hesitance cuts the call. Nishi is upset. In India, Ragini's nani comes to the breakfast table wearing a maternity dress. To add to everyone's confusion she says Nachiket has sent this from USA. Sunny tai recognises it the one sent by Aagam and Suhani for Nishi. Before Aman opens the gift pack left on the table Sunny tai takes the packet and quickly manages everything. Ragini and Aman leave after breakfast. Pam calls RK who tells her that he'll visit USA soon. Aman and Ragini comes to the hospital to meet the same doctor whom Nishi and Jignesh are consulting. Ragini doubts if the doctor will share any news as patient's details are always confidential but Aman assures her that the doctor is his friend and she'll help them. Nishi taunts Jignesh when he shows concern for a patient in the waiting lounge. The doctor tells them that Nishi's pregnancy report is positive. The young couple is extremely happy. After they leave a nurse informs Dr. Hetal that she has mistaken the report. The report she told Nishi and Jignesh is of another lady named Nishita. Then she checks the original report and finds that her report is negative and she can never be a mother. When Ragini and Aman meets her, she tells everything and advises Ragini to give the news to Nishi and handle her because she's Nishi's mother.
