Why do the dream projects always Fail?

Every actor or director has had a dream/pet project and why is it that most of them haven't worked?  Edited by dietcoke1 - 9 years ago

Because they forget to wake up.

My guess is they get emotional, lose sight of the project, and the obvious flaws. 

They get possessive about it, and stick to their terrible decisions. 

Goldie Bhel - Drona. I feel like that debacle set Abhishek back quite harshly.

Raj Kapoor - Mera Naam Joker.

Boney Kapoor - Roop Ki Rani Choron Ki Raja and to an extent Tevar though this one was probably more Arjun's pet project.

Was Mangal Pandey really Aamir's pet project? When I think Aamir and pet projects I think TZP or the movies he's produced.Edited by IAmLuvBolly - 9 years ago

Yuvraaj wasnt Salmans Dream film . That was Veer . Tho veer wasn't much more successful than yuvraaj

Salman's dream project was yuvraj or veer??

because dreams are most of time exaggerated, over-the-top and somewhat illogical. hence they fail when introduce to real world (in movies case lol you can still achieve your other personal dreams good luck :P)Edited by nemesis12 - 9 years ago
