Aahil aur Sanam Ki Duniya
I am been part of India Forums for nearly a decade since October 2005. I have shipped many on screen couples and watched many shows, read many fics, watched vms, wrote some stories. Now I am here on Qubol Hai forum. I have been watching the show recently and I have followed some topics. Now when I find a gap in the storyline I tend to want to write my version. So here is a take on how Sanam gets her memory back and the tension between herself and Aahil that may occur.

He grabbed her hand as he pointed out the shooting star before them. In that moment the uncertainty in her mind changed to certainty.
Shaad wasn't her husband.
As she closed her eyes to make a wish, she couldn't really think of anything at first. Then is dawned on her. She just wanted the truth.
So she closed her eyes tigher and dared to hope it would all come rushing back.
Suddenly the pictures of her past began to come clearer. She had released the balloons with Aahil because he believed he caused his father's death. Then the image of the Nawab being alive came before her. Then she saw clearly some sad and some happy romantic moments she shared with Aahil. They fought over something and then Tanveer's image became apparent.
Suddenly they were pulled apart.
Shaad Aftab Khan stood between them furious as if he had been betrayed.
"You saved my life but you are not my husband," she spat out.
"Janaat please listen to me..," he started to say.
He held her wrist. She pulled away and Aahil came to stand before her.
"Yeh aapki biwi Janaat nahin hai. Yeh meri Saanam hai," he declared.
Everything was so overwelhming for her to digest. She felt betrayed. Why had this man kept her so long and pretended they were married. She just believed him!
She could not remember how she met him but she knew she had returned to Bhopal with him.
What would Aahil think of her now? They had reconciled before she went wherever she had gone. Everything was scrambled in her brain. She began to feel dizzy.
Aahil came towards her.
"Sanam tuhme sab yaad agaya?," he asked warily.
He didn't want to bring on another panic attack.
She was about to speak but then everything started to turn dark.
The last thing she heard was her beloved calling her name.
Aahil "kindly requested: Shaad to return to his hotel. Yes he had some business in Bhopal but he was no longer required to be near his Sanam.
Shaad realized he was defeated. He had truly wished to be with Janaat and start afresh. However she had found her true love again.
Aahil had called for a doctor and had brought Sanam back to their room.
The doctor stated that she needed rest and fluids.Her blood pressure had dropped and supplemental oxygen was adminstered and IV fluids as she rested. She barely stirred during the process. Aahil could not bear to see them insert the line so he looked away and relaxed after it was all set up.
He thanked the doctor and the nurse, he called for Latif to escort them out.
Sanam lay in their bed after months of separation and agony.
He gazed at her in wonder. He settled himself quietly beside her and leaned over and pressed a chaste kiss on her forehead. Yes she was really back. He could reach out and touch her, he no longer had to search for her presence or existence.
The sunrise awakened her in the morning.
She stirred and slowly opened her eyes in a familiar room.
She worried she was back with Shaad in Pakistan or the hotel. However she brightened when Aahil appeared with a trolley.
She realized she was hooked up to fluids and she pulled out the nasal cannula from her nose.
"Kya hua kaal raat ko?," she inquired.
"Your blood pressure dropped so the doctor just wanted you on fluids overnight. How are you feeling now?," he said softly.
" I think better," she muttered. She tried to pull herself up. He left the trolley on the side and came over to help her sit up.
She turned teary eyed with his concern.
"I am so sorry Aahil! I don't know how I ended up with him! I must have hurt you so badly. How long was I missing? Where is Seher?," she blurted out.
"Relax. I will take care of everything. You need to calm down all right? We will find out what happened to Seher," he assured her.
She clung to him. The feel of his heartbeats soothed her worries.
" I sent him away. Now I want you to have some juice so we can get rid of this needle," he stated.
She nodded.
He pulled back to retrieve the juice and placed it on her lips.
Their gazes locked. She felt assured with his demeanor and he felt relieved that she was more relaxed.
They would build their world together again. Aahil aur Sanam ki duniya.
