Sarla comes also there and sees AbhiGya and since it's gynecology, she thinks Pragya's pregnant!

She hugs Pragya and congratulates her for becoming mom..

Pragya shocked. She screams: "No, I'm not - I mean, how should I've got pregnant?"

Abhi stands beside them - shocked & embarrassed by Pragya's answer! 😆
