She smirked at them and chuckled in a devil manner. "Silly people!", she jokingly remarked as she looked at the long line of people that stood in front of her.
"Please don't do this. Pleaseee", a reader folded her hands and requested. "Please give us the PBD dose. We feel famished without it.", others joined in.

"Ha hah hahaa", her evil laughter resonated in the big hall. "I'll make you wait till eternity. Batao kya kar loge?", she threatened.

After her words got registered in the minds of all people, a thud sound echoed in the hall. All the heads turned around to see 2-3 readers' fainting forms. ( 🤣 )

"Look for yourself now. If you don't give us the update. All of us are going to have that future.", others angered.

"Poor you. Hehe.", she chuckled, unaffected by their pleads.

All the readers were on the verge of crying now. They looked up towards the God and earnestly prayed to end their misery.
Just then, thundering sounds from the heaven resonated in the hall and seconds later, a Goddess appeared.

"JAHNUU... My sadaa paan... What the hell you think you are doing to all these innocent beings?", Varsha Goddess angered upon the Devil Author.

Jahnu's palms trembled and sweated as she saw Varsha Goddess's angry form.

Before the ruthless author could say anything in her favour, Varsha took out her dagger and pointed it at the author. "Tell me NOW... when are you going to update... TELLL MEEE", Varsha's voice was enough to compel the devil author to give in.

"We...wedd...wednes...wednesdayy", she managed to voice out the day. "Promise wednesday.", she assured everyone.

The readers once again thanked their goddess for coming and saving them. Yet, they werent entirely happy coz they knew that once wed will arrive, same scene will take place.. they will plead seeing no update... the devil author will laugh their condition out..their Goddess will have to arrive.. and again theyll get a new fake deadline.

But for now, they will have to manage to wait till wed... do they have any other option???
