Is Arnav trying to clear the smoke to be in clear terms with Kushi and Kushi is hesitating to know or ignore about his life?

 

Where are they meeting? Are they talking on phone or another rendezvous in dark alley?

Ok.. it clearly shows Arnav is talking about Dick's hell... OMG what kind of name is that. What would have Khushi thought about it. I dont think she will judge him just by that name though. Waiting for their conversation and clarification of that name.. I am curious too.😛
