Dadi had the power to stop DKNG from blasting Ramesh. She could have spoken to him, regarding his behavior with Ramesh all the times, esp in front of children. But she never did, and DKNG kept doing that even in front of outsides. that was really bad, I mean, Dadi would hav known DKNG and Ramesh has problems, but then doing nothing is also considered a crime like when you have committed it! It's just not about badnaami...but also about the future. For society Nisha is married secretly...if family doesn't make it public, it would mean Nisha's character is wrong...or honestly to say..she had some relation with Kabir and hence eloped and got married. Family has to clear that name for her future. Before getting LS, they have to be married respectfully in the society.

As for Ramesh, I mean...if marriage happens...RL and Nisha wouldn't be happy..imagine going through all the rituals with no happiness.
