Shit. First ashoka and bindusara are unaware of their relationship and now dharma dies without revealing herself. I think the one who died is nirjara and chanakya succeeded in his plan. Otherwise the show makes no sense at all. So far only Chandragupta Maurya serial of ndtv imagine did justice to its real hero otherwise every other historical serial hand destroyed historical heroes. I remember how sagars made prithviraj a lovesick puppy over sanyogita when in reality prithviraj had many wives. They had introduced indravati his second wife but ultimately scrapped her char to glorify sanyogita. Seriously Indian CVS cant do justice to historical heroes.

Chanakya will get to know ofcourse that it was Nirbhaya who died for Dharma.

About Bindusar knowing at this stage is not sure...I donkt think Chanakya will reveal Dharma/Ashoka's identity until Ashoka has been trained as a Warrior.

See once Ashoka's identity is revealed their lives would be in further danger. Chanakya's aim is to ensure Ashoka is trained, strong, shrewd and capable enough to handle his enemies within the kingdom.
