Tanveer comes out and find Sanam sitting sad and taunt her about now she got to deal with new wives. And tells, she knows about Sanam twin sister and also knows what she did to Sanam, so shame. She trusted her sister and her sister betrayed her, she ask where is the other sister or is she still in bed with her husband, she would like to meet her. Sanam then asked if she is finished and her story is so long and she is Seher. Tanveer is surprised. Sanam then arrive saying they know each other for long time and now she would like to thank for, for because of her she got to spend some time with her husband. Tanveer is confused. Seher then tells her, we are twins and like twins they are connected by the heart and will be aware if one of them is in danger. Hence, Seher felt something was wrong with Sanam and then she finds her unconscious in Ahil's car and then wake her up. Then they realized Gazzalla chloroform Sanam and became aware this is Tanveer plan and she knows they are two. That's why they switched places instead. Tanveer is shocked.
Haya phone rings its Rahat calling, Haya wonder he calls every 10 min, she answer. But instead, it's Faiz. Haya is shcoked and wonder here is Rahat if he have done anything to him. Faiz tells her how stupid Rahat is to leave her unattended and hang up. Haya runs out tell the security to find Rahat, they inform her Rahat called from a PCO, saying his phone is lost. Haya is suprised.
Sanam taunt Tanveer, she doesn't know what true love means and now she needs to decide weather she will tell Ahil the truth or would she like them to tell Ahil as he would believe them. Tanveer angrily tells them, Ahil may love Sanam but they won't be able to separate she from him, that's a promise. Sanam & Seher then shake hands in front of Tanveer as they tell her they are two but rather eleven together and they can do anything and she is alone, and remember their promise to Dilshad. Tanveer is confused.
Pre Cap: Ahil's new wife confront Tanveer as she can't take it to see Ahil and Sanam and she is Ahil's wife and will go any extend to make Ahil's yours no matter what. And she is also aware of Tanveer's plan and she think they should be partner to go against Sanam and get her out of Ahil's life and also tell Tanveer, she knows Tanveer can see again. Tanveer is shocked.
