Sanam is shocked to see Seher's wounds and wonders why she didnt scream. Seher says she didnt want to give away their secret. Sanam goes to get medicines. Seher throws a fit that she wont take those bitter medicines and take an injection. Rehan convinces her and she takes them. Sanam once again leaves once again. Rehan-Seher have a cute moment.
Tanveer is outside and is happy about her success. The new Sanam sees Aahil and packs him lunch. Aahil asks her what is it. She tells him that since he was hungry she packed lunch. He tells her not to worry about him and that he will eat lunch with the client. Gazalla taunts Sanam and take sthe lunch from her.
In the store room Sanam remembers the old Sanam and Aahil's proximity and is tensed. Latif comes and the Sanam hides the stuff. Latif collides into Sanam and just then Tanveer yells for Latif. Tanveer asks Sanam for a glass of juice. Sanam just stands there. Tanveer taunts her and tells her that she is just a servant.
Tanveer tells her sidekicks to keep an eye on Sanam. Tanveer purposefully calls someone and tells them to hurt Aahil. Sanam gets tensed. She rushes and tells Seher everything. Sanam is tensed about Aahil. Seher asks her to take Rehaan. Sanam says she doesnt have time and rushes off. Seher is worried for Sanam and Aahil.
Haya is tensed . Rahat arranges for high security at home. Haya is still worried. Rahat goes to complain to the police. He asks Haya to be brave.
Sanam sees Aahil and rushes to his car, when Gazalla comes puts chloroform on Sanam and rag her away.
Precap: Seher and Aahil are in an intimate situation. Sanam and Rehaan are shocked to see them like this. Tanveer and her sidekicks are happy that their plan is working.
