Ankur removes the sim card from Sandhya's mobile.  He warns Ankita to not inform Sandhya.  Ankitha asks him what if Sandhya gets to know of it herself later.  Ankur says by that time she would have gone out of country and he would not allow his sister to sacrifice at this time for Bhabho's sake and she needs a change.  Sandhya comes then and asks about what change they are talking.  Ankur manages saying she would not need the old sim now and should use international sim and can use his or Ankita's sim.  Sandhya thanks him and Ankur and Ankitha leave from there.  Sandhya looks at sindoor box and thinks something.

At Rathi mansion, Suraj, Vikram and Mohit talking about arranging 10 lakhs for kidney transplant.  Suraj says he has 1.5 lakhs and Vikram has 50,000 rupees.  Mohit says he has nothing as he is newly joined to work and parlour also not doing well.  Suraj thinks of something and all go to Bhabho room.  Suraj takes out all the jewels box.  Meena is worried and blurts why are they selling jewels and then later manages saying Bhabho has collected them with great difficulty, that is it.  Suraj asks Vikram to bring money from his cupboard and Vikram goes.  Mohit and Emily also leave.  Suraj is putting all the boxes in a bag and Meena is lamenting about the jewels going away from her.  She gets an idea and goes to see Vikram in GG room.  She somehow convinces Vikram to delay selling the jewels and they both personally would meet Mohit's boss and ask for money.

Sandhya comes to hanuman galli in burkha thinking of meeting Suraj one last time.  Suraj is not there in the shop.  Billu asks her what does she want and she shows jalebi.  Billu packs her some and Sandhya is hesitant to leave from there without seeing Suraj.  Some customer asks about Suraj and before Billu could answer him completely, he gets a phone call and ends the convo.  Sandhya moves towards house and sees Suraj coming out with bag.  Suddenly a vehicle passes by in between Surya and they stumble drop the things in hand.  Both try to take jalebi cover.  Sandhya in burkha is looking at Suraj and not sure whether Suraj recognized her or not but then he gives her the jalebi packet.  Meena and Vikram come there calling for Suraj and Sandhya moves away from there.

Vikram convinces Suraj to go to the hospital assistant to give the money and meanwhile he and Meena will get the jewels sold out.  Suraj agrees and goes to meet hospital assistant to give money.  Sandhya is still standing some distance away from the home and watches Suraj leaving in vehicle.

Suraj meets the hospital assistant and gives him the money.  That person is reluctant but then takes the money.  He asks Suraj to give the bag also with the money.  Suraj leaves from there a short distance and a drunkard comes in front of his vehicle.  Suraj sees him and is in thoughts.  Then he gets a phone call.  The drunkard meets the hospital assistant there who gives him 50,000 and asks him to come on time.  Suraj returns to the hospital assistant and is watching all these.  He asks for a medicine slip from the bag and is suspicious about the drunkard and gets flashback of an incident.

Flashback starts.

Suraj is buying apples and a lady comes there running.  She recognizes Suraj as ASP Sandhya's husband and asks him to save her and then hides nearby.  The drunkard person comes there looking for the lady and Suraj lies to him and shows wrong direction and he goes from there.  The lady comes from the hiding place and thanks him and informs that he is her husband and a drunkard, has lost all money and now forcing her to sell her kidney.

Flashback ends.

Precap:  Looks like Suraj demands the money back from hospital assistant refusing to take the kidney and the assistant warns him about Bhabho's health.  Next scene, Chavvi is comforting Bhabho telling her that Suraj is arranging for donor kidney for her.
