18th october 2010 , a date that started a new revolution in television with a story that nobody thought could have been possible , which is why it was an impossible love story . yes almost 4 1/2 - 5 years back this date marked the beginning of a journey which gave a new definition to love .

THE DARKEST LOVE STORY IN THE HISTORY OF INDIAN TELEVISION , IT WAS

"PYAAR KII YEH EK KAHANI"

a love between an immortal and mortal , a love story of darkness and light , a love story of life and dead , a love which created a histroy and left it's mark forever in our hearts . AN IMPOSSIBLE LOVE STORY.

be it the love of abhay pia , friendship of misha pia kabir and rest of the gang , be it the meanness of siddharth , be it the evilness of maithali , be it the cunningness of raichands , be it the love between dobriyals , there was nothing which didn't do a magic on the people watching it .

such was the magic that even after so many years we still have the memories fresh in our heart of all those characters . pyaar kii yeh ek kahani aka pkyek was an never ending love saga .

with every turn and twist , we got more connected to the show .

but as it is said that every good things come to an end . pkyek was no different . this magical journey came to an end on 15th december 2011 . in it's run of almost 14 months , this show has given us inseparable memories

the actors of the show did their best and also the whole crew of the show . all in all a great team and great work.

we all are missing the show badly , so why not go in the memory lane back . how about going back to our pkyek days . good idea , isn't it ?

so come on let's get started with it .

this thread will take us back to those magical days . a tribute to one of the greatest show Indian tv had .

JIST OF THE THREAD - as you can see it's about pkyek , i will daily write an summary of one episode of pkyek and we will discuss about it just like old times . suppose if i write about the episode of 20th oct 2010 , then please discuss about it and the earlier episodes of it . this way it will be like we are reliving the old days back . but yes no discussion about the episode which is not updated or else the jist of the thread will be spoiled.

IMPORTANT RULES OF THE THREAD

this thread is very special , thus i would like to request all the people to follow the rules so that the thread doesn't get affected by anything.

1 - no bashing , abusing , mocking , making personal attacks or targetting any fandom or member will be allowed

2 - no comparison between actors , mocking their personal life , making snide remarks on their work and look or instigating any fandom

3 - if you don't like actors , characters or anything in the story , you are free to say about it but off course in a civilized manner

4 - no quoting each other for more than 3 times , avoid long quote trains , no spamming or chatting

5 - all the rules of IF COC shall be respected here .

6 - any creation , siggy , edit etc are welcomed here but it should be for the episodes whose updates are already done and not the one whose updates are still left .

7 - if you are using someone's edits and siggies please credit them

8 - the updates will be done from monday to friday every week , sat and sunday will be off just like how the show worked , the mahaepisode episode will be exception in this case.

NOTE

okay now jut like nothing is perfect , this thread is also not perfect .

the pics of the actors are not in equal size . the reason was i wanted to use those pics of these actors where they are dressed in their pkyek character and not how they are in real life or in other shows , thus it was getting difficult to bring them in same size . many pics were not accepted by IF , thus this size problem occured . if anybody has an problem with that they can tell me i will arrange for some other pics which might not be similar to their pkyek character

i know everyone wanted to have youtube links , but as you all know that due to copyright issues the star channel have banned almost all the videos which had the episodes even the only abhiya scene video is not sparred . thus i have got the dailymotion video links . thankfully the episodes are available here . i have pasted the video links of every episode along with it's update . please bear with that

i have searched for the CAPs of the episodes but it was not showing anywhere in the picture gallery or anywhere else . so i just need a help from you guys . i don't know how to cap , so if anybody knows it they are free to cap the scenes from the videos whose link i have pasted along with the update , it will help us .

thanks for all the support this forum has given , i have tried whatever i can and will try to make it better . please enjoy this thread .

Character Sketch /Star Cast

ABHAY RAICHAND /ABHYENDRA SINGH(VIVIAN DSENA)

abhay , meaning fearless . that's what he is , fearless . the only word that could describe him was mstery . powerful . ruthless , arrogant , mysterious , hopelessly handsome , heights of intelligence , smart were some of his attributes , but was he really like this ?? the answer is no . this was just an mask , a mask to keep the world away from the real abhay , a mask to hide his real identity . no body knows from where did they came , nobody knows why is he here . no body could stop or control this man , apart from one girl , piya . she was the only one who was able to look deep into abhay's soul and wounds . abhay fought a lot with himself to keep him away from piya , but as it is said you can't win over destiny . but the question was why was he running away from such a girl?? why did he wanted her to hate him?? why?? the answer , the reality was like a big bad nightmare , the answer lied in his existence , the answer lied 200 years back . but what happened 200 years back?? ABHAY RAICHAND WAS BORN BUT NOT AS A HUMAN BUT AS VAMPIRE. yes abhay was vampire , a living dead , who took birth because his human soul of abhyendra died saving the love of his life "princess maithali pandher" who was a look alike of piya . piya's acceptance was like a boon for him . he was living dead but still his heart started beating for someone . but that's not the end being a vampire , his love for piya became his weekness and dangers started surrounding piya . abhay fought with everything . he then realised that his love maithali was also a vampire now and is with siddharth , his elder brother who was the reason behind abhyendra's death . this truth shattered him but he still fought and killed his brother but maithali tricked him and freezed him with the only condition that piya , his true love could save him. he was frozen for 1 year but his true love came back even though she lost her memory. he came back but this time the enemies increased with the arrival of werewolves . but this time he didn't let anything bad happen . he fought with werewolves and maithali along with the spying eyes of the world . in this fight he lost his life .YES ABHAY RAICHAND THE VAMPIRE DIED. but hey that's not the end of the story . he again came back , his love and magic potion brought him back , but with a change . what change?? ABHAY WAS A HUMAN AGAIN . he lost his powers but got his human life back along with piya . he had to struggle some more to cope with jeh and his new life , but with the end of jeh , abhay's problems ended and he lived with his piya as her man forever.

PIYA JAISWAL/DOBRIYAL/RAICHAND (SUKIRTI KANDPAL)

piya , a young beautiful girl with a brain of her own . drop dead gorgeous , sweet , caring , helful , intelligent , intellectual , lovable , this were the words which can give a idea of what she was . she was just 11 when she came in orphan and lived her childhood without any family , but this has never let her down . she was full of positivity and happiness . it was her unmatched caliber which gave her the scholarship and she joined mount college . she had dreams , aspirations , honesty , dignity and a spirit to stand on her own feet and stand for right . she was fearless too and never backed from anything . little did she knew that destiny will test her this quality and will bring her to the place where her life will turn into a new leaf . she came and made friends and instantly got noticed by everyone , though she made some haters too who were jealous of her . and then came a shocking truth infront of her. misha , who became her bestie in college , was none other than her step sister . yes , she faced that man who was his father and who left her and her mother years back . she fought with it and never let anybody know about it , not even her father . then was the turning point in her life , abhay raichand . piya never liked him and his bratty attitude , but then something or the other has always led her to be with him . she never understood him as he have done everything to get hated but still he always stands like an angel in her life . she was fighting with herself until she felt that she was falling for him . lot of misunderstandings , turmoil came but nothing could stop her love . if this was not enough she witnessed some strange things in abhay and she couldn't avoid it . she was desperate to know it , even when abhay tried all he could do to stop her . and one day finally she got to know the deepest truth , that ABHAY WAS A VAMPIRE . she was shell shocked but her love took over her fears . she loved a living dead knowing he can hurt her , giving a new defination of love and trust . a lot of struggles and difficulties stopped her but her love never stopped . to make piya move ahead in her life , abhay erased all her memories and she was away from all this for 1 year . but when she came back her love was pulling her towards abhay . her love , true and unconditional love brought her love back . she was fighting with her turmoil , her heart says that abhay still loved her and her mind said that no everyone has vouched that abhay spoiled her life and now she should stay with jeh , who became her good friend and fell in love with her . but eventually piya's heart took over her mind . her will power to get back her memories forced abhay to give her back those love filled memories. she was again the same piya but now her love was hidden and only abhay knows about it. she was now firm and stood with abhay in every step . she was shocked to know that jeh was a werewolf who is trying to kill her abhay . abhay's death did shaked her for few moments , but she didn't go weak , she stood back to fight and bring back her abhay's life . she did it . she got her abhay back and this time as a human . but jeh was still a big danger for them , after a lot of pain and struggle , jeh went away from their life forever and piya lived happily with her abhay forever

RAICHAND FAMILY / THE VAMPIRES

CHAND RAICHAND

One of the most strongest , powerful and cunning vampire who held the mask of a rich business man of dehradoon . his knowledge and witt always led the raichand family in the correct place . he was a strict and practical father but stood by his son all the time . he was against human emotions and handled everything . he was father of abhay .

HASEENA RAICHAND

the beautiful and stunning mother of abhay , the only woman or female vampire of raichand mansion . chand's wife and love . though she was a vampire , she still had human and motherly emotions in her . she loved her sons . she was the only one in raichand family or vampire clan who understood the love between abhay and pia .

SIDDHARTH MEHRA /RAICHAND

handsomely devil . young , dashing , hilarious , cassonova business man in dehradoon . owner of mehra industries was also a vampire . his real identity was not mehra , he was a raichand . yes he was the elder brother of abhay raichand and son of chand and haseena . he was different from his family since he was pure devil who wanted to have all the powers for which he preyed on humans . thus he was thrown out of the family .he was the reason abhyendra died along with his love maithali and he too. though haseena loved him but he ditched her too .he was jealous of abhay because maithali loved abhay and he took revenge for that . he died in abhay's hand

MAITHALI

shivrangini gaurima maithali pandher aka maithali . the princess of pandher 200 years back who loved abhyendra . but her father's honour killed the innocent princess . for 200 years people thought that she died but no she came back but this time as pure evil vampire . siddharth made her vampire too after he became one. she was hungry for power so much that she didn't spared abhay who was heart broken seeing her evil side . at the end she paid for her endless sins when the whole vampire clan killled her .

ARNAB DOBRIYAL

the head of dobriyal family . a well established business man , a caring husband and dad . but he also has a past which is connected to pia . pia was arnab's daughter whom he left when she was 8 years old . he also married sugandh jaiswal who was pia's mother and arnab's first love . he was the one who got to know the reality of raichands after pia since he had an interest in knowing about vampires . he was made an vampire for 3 months as an punishment to interfere in their life but later abhay set him free .

MADHU DOBRIYAL

arnab's first wife . a classy woman and loving wife and mother . she knew about arnab and sugandh but forgave him . she was the one who knew that pia is none other than arnab's daughter whom they thought have died . she whole heatedly accepted pia . she wanted to settle her daugters in their life .

PANCHI DOBRIYAL

sweet , sensible and matured girl who for sometime became a heart breaker . danish , siddhant and neil all broke her heart but at the end she got her love danish back but the happiness was for small time , she was killed by maithali . she was the eldest daughter of dobriyals and loved her family and friends . she was good at heart .

MISHA DOBRIYAL

the tom boy , bratty , loud and notorious who never gets scared by anyone and gives everyone back their deeds . she was good at heart and the life of the house . she was pia's best friend and then turned sister but got angry for sometimes when she knew the reality . she got married with her childhood friend kabir .

SUGANDH JAISWAL

arnab's first love and second secret wife . she was thrown out of her family for staying with arnab . pia's mother . a loving person . she was left by arnab when pia was 8 years old . later on she died when pia was 10 years leaving pia as an orphan.

KABIR SINGH RATHORE

the stud of the collage and dream of many girls . sweet , flirty but good . he loved pia but couldn't get her . after a long time he realized that it was misha whom he loved , he at the end got married to her . he was a good friend of pia . he hated abhay but later on befriended him

DANISH SINGH

kabir's cousin but not rich like him . he was panchi's fiancee but his true face was revealed by pia . he was a womanizer and abused a girl maya and made her pregnant and also beaten her . after panchi left her , he tried to ham pia in anger but later on became good and protected panchi and helping raichands . but he lost panchi at the end when she died . he reunited kabir and misha who were sacrificing their love for him

THE KHURANAS / THE WEREWOLFS

JEH KHURANANA

youngest son of khuranas and girl's favorite . good looking and dashing but apart from all this he is a were wolf . a powerful werewolf . very loyal to his mother and his clan . loved pia but was more obseesed with her which ended up taking his life at the end . from a friend he turned to be a threat to abhiya's life . he killed abhay , the vampire but thankfully he came back as human . jeh hated raichands and vampires especially abhay for killing his brothers and mothers and taking away pia from him.

NEIL KHURANA

elder brother of jeh . loved panchi dobriyal but later on agreed to marry her for taking revenage and insulting her for rejecting him once . he was an adopted child thus he was not a werewolf but a human . he knew all the secret about raichands and his family . he helped his brother in his deeds but at the end got killed by the vampires

DIPANITA KHURANA

the mother of the family and a powerful leader of the clan . she was the master mind of all . she along with her children came to dehradoon for taking revenge from raichands for killing her eldest son gaurav. she was evil . she forced his son jeh to keep pia close and use her against raichands , which he didn't wanted . she played a lot of tricks on raichands but at the end got killed by haseena raichand

ALINA KHURANA

a good hearted nerd girl who was scared from the world and thus she was treated like a dirt by her family . she was a she wolf and next leader . she did had powers but never used it . though she was a werewolf she didn't hated vampires , she wanted peace and no blood sheed . she loved her family but didn't involved herself in their war . she was the one who brought back abhay from death bed and made a human by the help of potion

TANUSHREE AMBOLKAR/ T

a big time spoilt brat and attitude queen . a perfect bimbo . her fashion sense and money is something to look for or else she is a mean rude selfish woman . all she wants is attention from boys and making herself look big . she insults the people whom she feel is below her . but sadly she also died in a vampire attack .

RUHI JUNEJA/ TRACKER

beauty with no brains . she was beautiful and good friend , but so naive and stupid that she became the laughing stock everytime . misha and pia's friend . she was named as tracker because she would track down all the boys of the city

ANGAD ALUHWALIA

sweet , funny and silly but good hearted friend of kabir who stood by him everytime . he fell in love with ruhi and then accidently got married to her . a funny character indeed

MAYA BASIN

a bright student and pia's friend but was tortured by danish and saved by abhay and pia . danish has beaten and abused her and also took physical advantage of her . she later on along with pia revolted against danish and exposed him . she was a dear friend of abhiya .

SHAURYA KHANNA

an engineer by profession . hot and dashing with a great body . misha for the first fell for someone . he was her crush but shaurya loved shankar , ya he was a gay .

SHANKAR

a teacher of munt collage who became friend with misha and shaurya . he loved misha but misha never saw him like that.

p.s - there are many other small characters which came and went and did contribute to the show but their roles were not much important hence their name is not here , but hats off to them too.

18TH OCTOBER 2010 - EPISODE 1

it's diwali night . a curly hair girl thinking how diwali reminds her of her mom . a falshback shows a small girl pia wants to know the meaning of special and her mother explains how pia is special since she is made out of love and will always get love . another flashback shows pia asking her mom why her father left and the reason of fight between her parents . her mother indirectly said that her father left them but she will always be with pia , she gifts her own sliver pendent to pia , as a symbol that she will be with pia forever .flashback ends

a servant calls pia ,we see the young beautiful face of pia . she was called by mom . she went inside a party hall and called her mom who is a middle aged woman , but not the one in flashback . the lady wishes pia happy diwali and asks her to distribute sweets . some ladies ask that woman about pia . the lady , mrs lamba explains that pia is an orphan and one day she called her mom , since then she calls her mom and every year she comes to celebrate diwali here . she called pia and asked her to check the gift , which is soniya(mrs. lamba's daughter) jacket . she gets excited and runs with her friend to get the jacket.

piya gets happy looking at the jacket . her friend points out that it's torn but pia is still happy . her friend asked her why doesn't she has a problem taking other's stuff. pia explains that it doesn't matter her , the feelings are important . pia looks at the sky and talks to her mom . she says that people might say i am orphan but i know you are with me and i am special love will find me

next day in ST. mary's orphanage , everyone gathered and sister addresses them . sister calls pia and tells how she is a gift to this orphanage and she gave so much happiness . she is leaving for mount collage since she got full scholarship . she and her friends pack pia's bag . they were discussing about the collage and the people there . mount collage , a stylish and spoilt brat girl is shown and she is T, a girl who is concerned about the collage boys and busy with mascarra is shown and she is Tracker , another girl who is a total tomboy sitting , cut her own hairs which shocked others is shown and she is misha , a volleyball match is shown and moint collage wins , the main guys comes to drink water ,he is kabir. T gets excited to see him and seductively invites him for an hand made Italian dinner since now they are senior but kabir avoids it and says some other time .

pia reaches dehradoon . she asks the way to mount collage to a kid in roadside tea stall since she got down from bus in a wrong stoppage . the kids asks her to wait till morning for another bus or there is another way where she will reach in 15 min. but it's risky since it's jungle way and it's dangerous . piya doesn't pay attention to it and moves there . an old man sitting there saw piya and said to himself that this jungle is full of mystery , some unknown person will dare to know it . sometime the traveller selects roads and sometime the road selects the traveller. piya goes inside the jungle and finds it's beautiful and doesn't understand why it's called dangerous. a pair of eyes are shown and that man runs in a super sonic speed in forest , he crosses pia's path , pia felt it but thought it's her imagination though she felt uncomfortable . she moved on .

in mount collage 2 girls advices T to date kabir officially then she can rule the collage and also beat her competitior and senior panchi and her love danish . kabir comes to her and she casually talks with her and drinks water . T looks at the water that falls on kabir's chest and says she never saw anyone making such good use of water . Tracket and her gang comes and panicks since misha is not there , just then misha comes riding in her skateboard and everyone gets scared . misha taunts tracker for her loud make up . everyone asks misha to save them from senior's ragging , misha asks them to chill since she is here now .

T and her gang sees misha and her gang and decideds to take revenge since misha is panchi's younger sisiter and also show her who will rule the collage . T comes to them . Misha and T had an taunting argument (you need to watch it guys) about ragging . T asks misha to polish her shoes , misha puts the clothes on T 's shoes and smashes it . lastly T asks misha to slap the girl coming from the gate , it was pia . misha went to pia and slapped her . pia didn't understood misha said son't take it personally . pia slaps her back and says same to you . misha is shocked and T and her gang laughs .

19TH OCTOBER 2010 - EPISODE 2

scene starts with pia slapping misha . misha liked her attitude and shaked hands with her . pia said her name piyashree . misha preferred the name pia only . suddenly kabir came and took misha . misha shrugged him saying that if her sister panchi and his brother danish are in love doesn't mean he can do anything . kabir says that he wants danish panchi to get married soon so that she becomes his official sister . they both had fun talks . T got jealous and called him K . misha teased kabir saying he left his garbage and that he should leave . she came back to pia and said about kabir and also apologized for slapping her . pia said it's good since her mom said that if something wrong happens before a work , then the work goes smooth.

suddenly pia gets excited seeing snowfall . misha makes her understand that it's a hillstation and this is common . pia ran outside to feel the snowfall . she was so happy feeling it and said it's magic of nature . misha constantly asked her to comeback since it's snowfall time . misha and pia were talking when somebody pushed them and moved forward . both got startled and called him . both of them were annoyed . pia just saw a tatoo oh his back . she asked misha who he is ,misha didn't knew it . pia wished that she may never meet this guy.

inside the classroom all are seated . teacher came and introduced her as mrs . mehra . it was a combined journalism class and senior junior both students were present . misha was making fun of T . introduction session started . kabir tried to avoid it , but failed . he introduced himself . then T stood up . before she could speak misha sneezed . everyone laughed . T was singing praises with the titles she won and misha was making fun of it . then it was pia . pia was nervous but still said her name , T and her gang were making fun and passing snide remarks on her dress and her look . mam came from back and stopped them . she said how brilliant pia is and that she is the one with harrasane scholarship. mam asked her more about her life and family .

she said she has no family since she is an orphan . misha and kabir got sad . she said her family was the orphanage and now she came here for a new life . everyone clapped for her .

pia went to her hostel room . she gets to her room and is very happy that finally she got her own bed and room . 2 girls came and asks her not to think like that . they were rude . they said the room belongs to them and they will throw pia out very soon and also how pia should adjust with them . misha comes to pia's rescue and taunts the girls that pia doesn't belong to their group . misha threaten them she will spill all the secrets to hostel incharge . they go away . misha asks pia to go with her and also asks her to stay from these girls as they are dangerous . pia says she is not scared to look in fear's eye . misha gets an idea . pia goes to change .

misha waits outside the hostel and pia comes there . misha makes fun of pia's scarf . teacher comes and asks pia is she the new girl and she made a friend like misha . god bless her . she goes and both of them laughs . they both reach rappling point and pia is very scared , but misha doesn't listens and asks her to do it . they both go for tickets . kabir buys a ticket and then meets them , misha asks him to have a race with her . T pass comments on piya and goes to ticket counter and asks to give the ticket next to kabir and not to give it to pia and misha . misha pushes her and gets their ticket . pia says she is very good but misha asks her not to say such thing as it doesn't suit her image . T gets her desired ticket and misha notices it . misha deliberately collides with T and exchanges the ticket .

tracker and her gang also comes and meets misha and pia . the tickets numbers are announced , kabir came and T also hugged him . misha comes and asks T to wait for her number since pia and kabir are together in rappling . T gets confused but then remembers how she collided with misha and misha exchanged the tickets . pia and kabir goes and misha teases T . misha , T , kabir and pia goes down rappling . kabir and misha are excited but pia is scared .

kabir asks pia to calm down . he flirts with pia but she doesn't get into his talks . suddenly the rope gets loose and piya slips but kabir holds her , but after sometime she slips fro there and starts falling down . misha , kabir , T gets worried and tries to get down soon . piya falls but someone holds her in his arms . the same pair of eyes , the same man . piya opened her eyes and saw his eyes and got lost in it .
