You have to download winRAR and install it in your computer.. then you can extract the RAR or ZIP format easily😳

And then While in timeline when I move the arrow I the gif plays but when I change it back to layers it gets into a single frame and I am not able to play it.

obviously you cant change timeline to layers... Can't you play it with timeline? which photoshop do you use?

I am trying to learn PS CS6. I can play it with timeline, but not as frames.
