Now a days so many posts about Ramayana. So I thought let's clear some untrue stories of Ramayana.

Lakshman rekha,Washerman,Ram calls back sita ,etc are untrue and those weren't happened in valmiki version.

Lord Ram

Lord Ram, is an embodiment of truth, the ideal son, personification of morals, the ideal husband, and most importantly, the ideal king for all people.

---Swami Vivekananda

I think Vivekananda isn't right completely but I can't deny it as wrong too.for many,Ramayana mayn't interesting like Mahabharata. But one should really to understand in whole life Rama didn't know his secret that he is lord but Krishna did. Even though being a god, Krishna failed to control his acts at some times (may be I'm wrong about this. But I read that Krishna got worry about sambans preggy and some more time) but expecting a human to control all his senses is stupidity. Being a human , he lied (which Arichandra didn't), he blamed his parents(which shravan didn't), he left his wife (which many patni didn't), he killed sambuka without proper enquiry (which many kings didn't)

Then which made him as ideal son, ideal pati, ideal brother and ideal king.
I think answer is in his actions.

If Ram wanted to get rid of sita, then he could've do it when he conquered raavan. None could've question him. About. Why he didn't?because he loved sita much.

He abdoned sita for name of Raja dharma. on name of Raja dharma he could have marry many princess (in raja period king were allowed to marry many for name of making relations with other countries. It's quite normal. So if Ram did this, it wouldn't be surprise). why he didn't.?
Because he believed in husband material(some may ask about other brothers too didn't do second marriage. I just want to give two facts 1.Ram only king 2.Ram survived without wife. Though lakahman did same, count differs)

If Ram so obsessed with kingdom, then why he was ready to leave throne even he was real Right to get.if you say Dhasarathan ordered him to do, lemme explain that Ram wasn't informed from dasarath but kaikeyi only did.even though dasarath begged him to win over him, Ram refused to do that.

Some may question about allowed lakshman to stay without wife. In real Ramayana Rama wanted lakshman to stay in palace and take care kousalya but lakshman only refused to leave him.

Same Ram only killed his own blood brother lakshman who cared him much.

Ram loved sita much but he didn't enter to kishkinta to call sukriva for war with raavan. Because he took a vow not to enter city in 14 long years.

He killed vaali (he didn't hit vaali by hiding. He killed vaali while vaali above to throw sukreeva.) Technically here vaali is right.

I don't think Ram is prefect always. Ram is a man who always got dilemma between big things. Be it abdoning sita,be it killing lakshman, be it leaving kingdom etc.. He showed all humans dilemma.but one thing is sure. it's his words

"Kannukku theriyum pirappaliththa petrorai, gnanam thantha guruvai, uthavum sutrathai thiruppthi seiyya mudiyaatha oruvanal eppadi kadavulai thiruppthi seiyya mudiyum."
(P.s: please can any tamilian translate this quote to English)

I think he is right. One's moral can't satisfy all.but one who listens their soul never fails.
He always listen his inner soul and kept move on without rethinking about decision. That's his dharma. That's why he is maryada purshottama.

That's why I respect people who always keeping their decisions at all circumstances. Without doubt he is top on that.

P.s
I will make post about Mata Sita in another time.
