Planning For Yashashri Masurkar's Birthday Thread 2014

Hello everyone!
I know I am a little late this year, but the title of the thread speaks for itself. 
We have just under two weeks to collate all messages, creations and write-ups for Birthday thread, which we post as a Global topic each year.  We have 18 - 19 days, so there is still plenty of time.

Please note the following :

• We need a birthday banner for the first post of the thread, please us the latest photographs from Yashashri's social networks pages.
  
• Can someone please make a nice, big sparkly heading?  Deepali? Ranju? Who made it last year?
• Please send any creations and siggies to me via PM.
• Please also send me Yashashri's birthday messages.
  
• If anyone wants to contribute a few lines to Yashashri introduction / information for this year or a summary of her work, please send a few lines.  You can pick a specific show or aspect about Yashashri in 2014 and it will be part of a group write-up or included with in the thread.

I have got Saroj and Sudha's birthday messages so far.  Poo has sent me her siggie too.  Please can everyone PM their messages to me as soon as possible.

I like the sparkly banners I found online, but can someone try to make a sparkly birthday banner using this photograph of Yashashri?
