So we have Lakshya Academy here run by India's famous shooter Viraj Singh Rathore.

1. Viraj is looking for funds and is having trouble acquiring one.

2. Apart from Priyanka and her two irritating friends, there doesn't seem to be anyone being part of the academy as students.

3. The academy seems to be focussing only on Shooting and hence we can safely say its not a sports academy, but a academy for getting trained in shooting.

4. Probably after Viraj's accident/incident, the company has come down because of which there are no shooters and they have to run the business for two years by opening a cafe.

I think I have got my basics right. Keeping this scenario in mind, I have the following questions.

1. What is the purpose of having around 10-20 employees, when there is no work?

2. If there is no work, what are the employees always busy doing?

3. What would be in the file or papers Viraj always keep signing? Cafe Bills? Telephone Bills? Electricity Bills?

4. How does he even break-even his business?

5. Why does he need investors now? Investing in what? Sponsoring Priyanka and co?

6. If there is dress code for the employees, how can he come in dressed casually? Just because he is the owner?

7. What does he do with the money he earn from the palace? Is he putting that into the company too?

8. We are shown a huge building from the exterior. Interior we see just the office space. Is the rest, the penthouse?

Anyone can clarify these questions? 😆 Any more questions?

If we start looking for logics in these shows, we will get crazy, coz there ain't any...
We as viewers see these things, ask ourselves the most logical questions, but we never get an answer coz we know the makers forget how the word logic is spelled in these drama shows.
So all we can do is sit back, watch the show and enjoy what is there to be enjoyed

😆 Lots of question ..Wow !!I was also wondering what they are exactly doing in the academy !!
I think apart from shooting there will be some other sports activity too which is not shown for time being Now.Since Viraj is rifle shooter he takes care of that department .There could be seperate departments for each sport which may be taken care of some other person.That's why they have so much people rushing here n there with files 😉
One more important usage of file is to throw the papers over niraj when nisha accidentally falls onto viraj's arms 😃

Here and there glitches are there in academy track ..

Adding some more questions.
9.So viraj doesn't stay in palace.?Has he born and brought up there and after his mom's dismissal he started staying alone in penthouse?

10.So where was he in the past 2 years. Was he bedridden ?

11.How long saurav working there ?

12.Didn't buaji loot everything in the two years ?

It would not surprise me if buaji took all the money and on the long run had to open a cafe to keep the business running.
Money wasn't coming, but Gaytri and Priyanka maintained there lavish lifestyle and still continue doing so

I think i have some answers i dont know about this lakshya academy but viraj comes from royal background and in one scene it was mentioned that some 350 ppl are working for him in the palace and he runs chain of best hotels (I think this is all with his grandfather vikram singh rathore) and saurav clearly mentioned he is self made man so may be he doesnt want to take any money from his grandfather so he is running after investors and the academy is not only for shooting it is lakshya sports academy but the cvs are not fully developing this plot and ppl moving here and there running here and there that is all directors fault par kyan kare bade bade shehar mein chote chote galtiyan hoti hai Maf kar do

Viraj sir toh aayeinge nahi answers dene ke liye.. 😆.. So here goes nothing...

1) It's a sports academy- that means there are different departments dealing with different sports. If u remember, in an interview, Viraj had urged girls from all over India to train at his academy, if they think they are interested in a particular sport. So the staff not only takes care of Ekta, Priyanka & Anjali's needs, they also are responsible for the bills for equipments, cleaning the specific areas and what not. They have a cafeteria on site remember? It's not for these 3 girls only. It serves food for everyone who's practicing their sport there and the staff.

2) same answer as number 1.. I think that'll be A LOT of extras. Wouldn't the audience be confused if all these girls are roaming around in different sports gear.. I mean just the staff seems so much.. Rush ho jayega na.. Plus they focus on the room closest to Viraj's office..

3) employees' paychecks, maintenance fees for various fields; equipment bills; maintenance of equipments & their repairs; regular bills; contracts for instructors training the athletes; lists of competitions the girls will be sent to; their travel allowances... Ouch can't type anymore 😆 *break*

4) That's the thing, he's suffering losses and is looking for funding right now. It's a non-profit organization to instill confidence in young women and not many are willing to invest in his initiative.

5) He's definitely not starting new branches of course. he's running out of funds to maintain & run this huge place. Like I said before, he's not making any money out of it- the investors are required just to run the place.

6) Coz he's the owner.. He can and he will. He's not playing any sports there (except when he has to cool down & goes to fire a few shots). And IMO it's no big deal for bosses to dress however they can (I don't know about that in India but I have seen it almost everywhere here in USA).

7) yup! I think it was mentioned when the palace was first shown. Viraj was discussing with Shyam how this palace is the only place from where he can expect some income to run his academy.

8) The topmost floor is the penthouse. The rest of course must be other sport rooms. And of course we can obviously assume the place having a humongous gym. I mean it's a sports academy, so gotta use some imagination right? Imagine all the places (and costs) if they'll start to shoot at different places in Mumbai. This office space & shooting room is of course a set. I mean the makers are obviously cutting costs here but what a waste of effort it would be if they started making sets for different rooms. They usually show the shooting room coz that's the only sport in which Viraj is interested in and also Priyanka & her little bratty gang 😆

I hope I answered the questions theeek se.. 😆 But please don't ask me about that COW SHED in the sports academy? Fresh milk for his cafe ki chaai is one thing but a cow shed on campus??.. JK.. 🤣 😆 The cow shed is at the palace! 😆 😆

Nahiin he doesn't stay there coz the place is far from his academy (remember it took the cousins hours to reach the palace). I don't think he was born and brought up in the penthouse/ academy 😆
It was built in the memory of his father.. So I think he was brought up in a palace.. His mom left him when he was very young- he doesn't even know why she left - I mean obviously it must have been an issue which he was too young to understand at that time but he always felt his good grades & achievements would bring her back- which we know isn't true..

10.So where was he in the past 2 years. Was he bedridden ?
Yep he definitely experienced some form of paralysis.. Don't know if he was bed ridden or on a wheelchair but he did have some damage done to his hands & shoulders..
11.How long saurav working there ?
Saurav is such a scamster 😆 he used to 'chill' with the cousins all day and now suddenly he's made Nisha's senior? I mean.. Haddd hoti hai.. (I don't know this one) 😆

12.Didn't buaji loot everything in the two years ?
ahhaahaha did u notice how nervous she was when Viraj asked her for the financial records from the past 2 years... She changed the topic quickly.. So definitely she's managed to take some amount.. The academy did run out of funds and they had to open a cafe.. But can a cafe generate enough income to run the entire place? Pata nahi.. 😆

It's an Indian TV serial's conception of a business and a sports academy 😉I am sure any layman, let alone an MBA graduate or sportsperson, finds this completely unfathomable.
