I think he may confess to Nandini that he didn't feel worthy of her, especially how Dhruv propose to her. I don't think he can totally grasp the fact that Nandini actually chose him over Dhruv.

Nah, she loves him , hence she went through this game because while love is all rainbows, the girl wants respect because that is makes Nandini Moorthy.
