30 mins + running per day does it for everyone,irrespective of age.

jogging should be done appropriately not walking in slow-mo😆😆

Diet is most important.

Ld,Head stand,crunches,squats,pushups bhee shamil kar,leg raises
60% diet 40% exercise /power yoga/Pilates.

Plain jogging works for me😛

That's is an extended level. Not necessarily.

Yep jogging works for me too..I don't need to run. I hate running! I do Pilates a lot and yoga when I feel like I need it.

Bebo should work on her arms more than anything is the thought I had when I saw this pic. 😆

You like swimming BTW? the most ideal for relaxing and safest one for exercise. Jogging is good too, over running because vigorous exercise make you vibrates a lot, the soreness of muscle is not good sometimes.

Reflection of the person taking the picture is seen in the mirror. I hope he's recognized and kicked out of that gym permanently. These kind of invasions of privacy is disturbing. First Arjun Kapoor's banking business is leaked and now someone working out and sitting or stretching or whatever has their picture taken and put all over the net. Come on!!! That line is becoming blurrier and blurrier in Bollywood.

And for the record, I am not a fan of Bebo and plain outright dislike Arjun Kapoor. But everyone deserves privacy.

Yes it's not good for your muscles. That's why I don't run or do crunches and stuff..bad for your neck ect. Pilates is better.

I can't swim so that's out of question. 😆
