Part 5
The next day was haldi ceremony...swayam didn't go to office that day...nd Sharon had to work from home..the ceremony had to take place at rey's house and tani,swayam and their family had come to rey's place ...
Sharon was hooked to her laptop when sh was called downstairs for the ceremony...she hurried down the stairs and was almost about to trip when swayam looked at her and shouted-"arreee sambhalke..."
Everyone present in the hall looked at him instantly and rey and tani exchanged knowing smiles...shaaron stood startled holding the railing of the stairs and swayam was embarrassed and looked away...so did Sharon...
Everyone was applying haldi to each other...Rey's mom applied the remaining haldi to Sharon..
"aunty plzzz mat lagaiye"she protested
"arey lagwa le...isse agli shaadi teri hogi..."rey's mom said...
"kya bakwaas hai..." swayam thought...
After the haldi everyone moved to the washroom to freshen up...both Sharon and swayam went to rey's room to use his bathroom...as they were about to open the door of the washroom they banged on each other...before swayam could say anything Sharon said "pehle mai jaungi"
"Arrey yeh ladko ka bathroom hai" .swayam said
"Arrey yeh ghar hai caf nehi..."
"Yeh mere best friend ka bathroom hai...mai jaunga"
"yeh mere bhai ka bathroom hai...mai jaungi.."
"Yeh mere jijaji ka bhi bathroom hai toh mai jaunga"
Sharon was super-frustrated and said "sir aap bachpan mei school nehi gaye??"
"what the hell do u mean by that ..." a startled swayam asked
"apko teacher ne sirf jhagarna sikhaya kya?nehi sikhya? ladies first??"
Swayam had no answer...they were startled to hear a voice from the door...tani and rey were listening to their fight...
"kya bhai jawab do...bolti band??"
Swayam moved aside indicating Sharon to go inside...Sharon obediently went inside
In the evening swayam was sitting In the hall with their friends...sharon was sitting in the dining area dong her work...
Suddenly he topic of discussion shifterd from taani and rey's love story to swayam..
Everyone was saying that swayam had become a bore now like a typical business and family man...
Swayam was about to protest... Then nil said... " dekh tu na tyical SIR ban gaya..." Everyone laughed and vickey continued...
"aur sir dard bhi... Logon ko sir mein dard deta hai... Aur kabhi kabhi girne se bachata bhi hai..." Swayam understood that his friends had heard Sharon call him sir and that's why they were pulling his leg...
Swayam was frustrated and giving a glare to his laughing friends he went inside...
While going home taani left with swayam and her parents and after some work swayam was leaving alone...
While sitting in the car he saw Sharon standing there calling for a cab... Swayam went towards her and helped her to call for the taxi...but at that time of the night no cab was stopping ... after the toil of about fifteen minutes swayam stopped an auto...
Sharon got inside and the auto was about to move while swayam walked in the opposite direction towards his car...suddenly he stopped and ran back towards the auto...
"rook...ek second..." He stopped the auto...
"I have to tell you something...get off the auto...I will drop you..." Hearing him Sharon protested... swayam firmed his voice and repeated...
"GET OFF THE AUTO..." Sharon got off poutng... Swayam aid 500 bucks to the protesting auto driver to shut him up and he went away gladly...
Being hell angry Sharon was standing on the road with swayam and sarcastically said...
"wow sir... we waited for a transport for so long and when we got it you didn't let me go because you wanted to tll me something..pls don't tell me it's a joke..."
"ohh... plsss... maine tumhe jaane nahi diya kyunki..." He didn't let him complte..
"wohi to????kyun???? why???? Kyun???" she shouted...
Kyunki wo kuch bhi kar sakta tha tumhare sath..." Sharon was now shocked...she didn't expect this concern for sadoo...
"kya?? you were concerned???" she asked softly...
And embarassed swayam quickly replied... " what?? Of course not... I mean no... jab tak tum mere sath ho tab tak tum meri responsibility ho... to kuch ho jata to kya rey mujhe zinda rakhta???" he reasoned...
Sharon didn't say anything but smiled inwardly...swayam started walking towards his car and Sharon stood still... after waking for some distance swayam realized Sharon was not behind him...so he looked back and asked...
"what are you waiting for??/invitation card doon ya?? Ayo gari mein baitho..." He went and sat in the Driver seat and Sharon frowned and thought to herself..
"koi ettiquette nahi hai...darwaza bhi nahi khola..." She controlled her anger and sat beside him...
While going back swayam was thinking about y he called her back?He knew that the reason was not exactly wht he had stated..it was his inner self that forced him to stop her without stating any reason.
Swayam drove past sharon's house in a state of trance...
"arrey aap kya mujhe apn e ghar leke ja rahe ho??mara ghar aa gaya...gari rokia"
Swayam stopped the car and said..." mujhe kya pata tumhara ghar kaunsa hai?i only knew iss localiity mein hai.."
Sharon got down and left but suddenly stopped and returned to the car again..."thank u sir...aap andar aiya na plzz"
"raat b ohot ho chuki hai"he replied and then continued..."suno atleast ,I mean...matlab aa mere family k samne...kisi aur jagah its ok...bt in frnt of my family and friends plllzz don't call me sir...main itna bhi Buddha nehi hoon.."
Sharon smiled and asked.."toh sir main aapko kya bulau??"
He said "kyun?"
"ok I got it...i know kya bulana hai... TANI KA BHAI...right?"
Swayam gave her a disgusted look and left...he was already confused because of the trail of thoughts in his mind which were confusing him...and to top it all Sharon was pulling his leg aswell..
