Ajeeb Dastan Hain Ye 7th November 2014 Written Update Ultimatum: Divorce or Affidavit ??
Main Points :
-At dentist's click,Vikram shares a secret with Jiya, who opens her mouth for treatment, later they have kulfi on street side.
-Jiya tells Shobha how Vikram uncle told her about her dad being in jail and how she to be strong and brave like her mom (Shobha),
-Garu tries to convince Shobha not to sign the affidavit, Shobha says she has no option and she is emotionally blackmailed, Tarun overhears this and leaves in a huff, Shobha later says she has no option but to sign it for her kids
-Tarun gives wrong info to Samarth that Shobha refused to sign the papers even after his pleads and requests, Samarth is furious and tells Tarun to give an ultimatum to Shobha either to sign affidavit or divorce papers there by loosing the kids
- Shobha thanks Vikram for telling the truth to Jiya, while she had no courage to share the truth with kids.
-Tarun comes to Shobha's office and gives her the ultimatum of divorce or affidavit. Shobha is shattered.
-Tarun and Vikram bump into each other, Vikram tells him neither he or nor any Samarth Sachdev;s aid will step into his office.
-Shobha breaks down in the conference room, Vikram is shocked to see her in a vulnerable state .
Detailed Update:
At the dentist's clinic, Jiyu was throwing tantrums to open her mouth, Shobha tries but in vain. Doc tells both parents(referring to Shobha and Vik) should hold the kid, only then he would be able to check her. Rehaan calls Shobha, who steps aside to talk to him, Vikram comes near Jiyu and tells her something secretly, Jiyu opens her mouth and doc extracts her tooth, Shobha who was watching this, while still on phone with Rehaan, walks to her and asks if she is ok, Doc says she is fine and tells her to give antibiotics and ice cream and cold stuff next 3 days. Shobha asks Jiyu about what Vikram uncle told her, Jiyu doesn't share, Shobha turns to Vikram, who says that it's a secret between Jiyu and him and she need not know abt it.
They drive to ice cream parlor which is closed and next to it is a kulfi wala, Shobha decides to go there, Vikram chides her for feeding street food to kids, Shobha says it's ok and they walk to Kulfi stall, The Kulfi wala was about to put his hand to take the Kulfi, Vikram tells him to use tissue or glove, store guy laughs at Vikram and gives Kulfi to Jiyu, Shobha was about to pay, her dupatta flies onto his face, Vikram stares at her, Shobha apologizes to which he taunts why is she always behind his hair 😆 Later Vikram pays, Shobha once again asks VIkram about his secret talk with Jia, who easily diverts the topic.
Shoba is putting Jiyu to bed and once again asks her about the secret, Jiyu tells Vikram uncle told that her father is in jail and he is in a big problem and he won't come out easily, Shobha is furious on hearing this and was about to go and confront him, Jiyu says Vikram uncle told her something else and says what Vikram told her, that he would treat her like an adult today and says that her mom is alone and is facing all the problems very strongly and courageously, he says Jiyu should be like her mom, a very strong and brave girl and tells her to open her mouth if she is strong . Shobha is pleasantly surprised and taken aback, Jiyu runs to her, hugs her and tells her to share all her problems with her so that they both can solve it together. Shobha laughs and hugs and kisses her and they both go to sleep.
Vikram is instructing the security to clean the car, specially in the rear seat, Nani says she knows why he is getting it cleaned in the rear portion of the car and says now he would go and scold that little girl, Vikram surprises naani by saying how can anyone scold such a cute little kid and tells Naani to go upstairs and he would come in few minutes.they show parallels of Shobha putting Jiyu baby to bed, while Vikram is taking care of his car (rather his baby 😆)
Next morning, Garu chides Shobha and tells her not to sign the papers and explains how her brother will not change thinking that Shobha is there to cover up his dires and warns Shobha how she cannot make the truth out of a lie, Tarun comes to Shobha's house, he over hears Garu and Shobha's convo where Shobha says she is been emotionally blackmailed using her kids name, she has no option or choice and unwillingly she is becoming part of Samarth's betrayal and deceit. Tarun annoyingly walks out, Shobha says kids need their father, our life need to move, ever since Samarth has gone to jail, their life came to a standstill and signs the papers, Garu looks helplessly
Tarun meets Samarth in jail and fills his ears against Shobha and says Shobha refused to sign the papers even after his persistent requests pleads and begging. He says Shobha out of ego and stubbornness insulted him, but that's fine and he would try to convince her once again. Samarth furiously kicks the water pot in the cell and warns him not to beg or request her, but to give an ultimatum to her that if she doesn't sign the papers, she will have to loose the custody of kids. Tarun leaves with a winning smirk on his face.
Shobha in Vikram's cabin, she thanks him for what he told Jiya and thanks for everything, for ride et al, Vikram tells her not to confuse herself and him as well. Shobha says she wants to thank him for what he told Jiya in dentists chair, she says she was angry at first how he could tell that to kids, she adds that she wanted to protect her kids from the truth and tell them that their dad is hero and their family is perfect, and she had no strength to tell the truth to kids, Vikram seems swayed away in thoughts, Shobha continues it was he who told the truth to Jiya and both her kids should accept the truth and they should be strong and be there for each other as a team and for each other and thanks him dil se. Vikram comes out of his thoughts and tells her to set the AC to 18 as he is feeling suffocated.
Tarun inquires about Shobha in her office. he bumps into Vikram, who remembers Tarun making chaos in Garu's engagement at Sanjay's place, Vikram says Shobha is in conference room and their meet will start in 10 mins.
Tarun walks into the conference room and taunts Shobha and her work, Shobha is shocked seeing him and asks him to tell what he has and leave from there. Tarun builds up the scene before breaking the news that if she doesn't sign the affidavit, she will have to sign the Divorce papers, Shobha is shocked, before she could react, Tarun adds that it comes with a post script that the kids will stay with Samarth and away from her. He emotionally blackmails her to choose her kids or her ego and her abstinence. He warns her not to take her frustration on him as it is a matter of husband and wife and he is just a messenger.
A pile of papers slip from Shobha's hands and she collapses into the chair.She remembers all her happy moments with Samarth. Tarun throws a paper in the walk way, Vikram picks it up and informs Tarun that henceforth he do not want him or any of Samarth Sachdev's people to walk into his office. Tarun remembers Vikram from Garu's engagement party and says he is not interested in coming to his office, just had an important information to be given to Shobha to which Vikram tells to deal with all important stuff outside his office, Tarun says he will not come here again as his work is done . Vikram shows trash can to Tarun and throws his paper in it, Tarun mocks him saying "Swach Abhiyaan" and leaves, while Vikram wonders what could that message be that it didn't wait until Shobha is back home.
Shobha while picking up the papers off the floor, breaks down and cries , recollecting Tarun's warning about divorce and kids, Vikram walks into the conference room and is shocked to see Shobha in a shattered and vulnerable state. Shobha on seeing him quickly picks up the papers and without looking at Vikram, excuses herself out of the conference room.

Samarth thinks this is his last night in jail as Shobha will be getting the papers tomorrow and he will get his freedom.
