That is because they vent out and patch up and also puns pritam push praneet and gautam towards each other so they are bound to talk and eventually sort out.

GS have had many serious discussions where he has tried to explain but she finds it too heavy. And one thing I will say Gautam after last to last wkw, while talkinv to pritam about maintaining distance from sonali, he called the issue 'dil ka maamla'.

Matters of heart are always sensitive, IMO
