I was thinking of this randomly that if votes count then Sonali has a real disadvantage with her voting code. Most users just assume her code is the first 3 letters of her name so SON but that's Sonis code. Sonali's code is SNL. I wonder if that confuses people? I think it will play a part if Soni and Sonali are nominated together.
