Even in our families, we call husband's sister as akka. Brother's wife elder is anni. Co sister ie, husband's brother's wife is also anni.

Husband's brother is anna/thambi. Akka's husband can never be anna😆

giri akka.. As far as I remember Prakash's grandfather was a freedom fighter and Gandhiji had visited their home back then.. Prakash appa just follows Gandhian principles..
