In Mauritius, after dinner Angad and Kirpa take Humaish to the room. Kirpa changes him then puts him on the bed, he has had such a busy day that he falls asleep straight away.

Kirpa then walks to the sea front Balcony and sits down on the easy chair. She is looking far into the horizon when Angad puts his hand on her shoulder.

A: Where were u lost (passing her a glass of wine)

K: Just looking at this beautiful place, the sunset was an hour ago but look at the orange sky still

A: It is beautiful….

K: But then I think it looks so much beautiful to us because we are here with each other

A: Oh my good, my wife is changing into a romantic

Kirpa smiles and Angad just hugs her for a while, they walk in and talk for hours on the bed till they fall asleep. There flight is at noon next day.

In the meantime, in Mumbai Karthik and Mishti are ordering the food and caterers.

KA: Mishti do u think we should invite the new singers to the party

M: What a good idea

KA; Only asking as the party is only close friends and family

M; Well one of the singers could be our close relatives soon (she smiles and Karthik remembers Trushna)

KA: Oh and it will be a bit strange if she was the only one invited….

M: Exactly

Karthik calls them and they happily agree to come.

Its Humaish's birthday, all are eagerly waiting for them to come, the guests arrive at 5pm and Karthik has gone to the airport to pick them up.

K: Mishti didn't come, is she OK?

KA: Yes she is fine

A: Cant wait to get home and tell all of you about it

KA: Well plenty of time for that (as he pulls in the Parking)

Kirpa looks around, it is so quite around there.

A: Open the boot I will take the suitcases

KA: Leave it I will ask teddy to do it

A: Ok Fine

They walk to the main door, Kirpa is holding Humaish's hand, as she opens the door, she sees the lights are off. Both are confused when the lights are turned on and everyone screams Happy Birthday. Naina is standing right there and Humaish runs into her arms. Kirpa and Angad walk forward with a smile on there lips. Mishti hugs them and apologises from Prithvi. Just then a courier man walks in the door with a bundle of packages of all sizes. He asks for Angad

A: That's me

CM: These are gifts from Prithvi for Humaish.

Angad shows him the gift table which is already stacked with presents. All the singers are there, except Trushna. Mishti is looking around but cant find her. Then someone comes behind her and closes her eyes.

M: Who is it?

P: (lets go of her face and turns her around and hugs her)

M: Bhai but u said u will be here on Tuesday

P: Well I just said to myself that I can not miss Humaish's first birthday….

Just then Angad comes to him with Humaish and passes Humaish to Prithvi.

A: This is brilliant and u being here too just makes it the best.

P: Is she here?

A: (Teasingly) Who?

M: No bhai not here yet

K: Prithvi, I am so glad u could come

P: I just love this boy so much and kisses Humaish and tickles him.

Just then Trushna walks in the party, she is looking like an innocent angel dressed in a light aqua color long dress. She congratulates Angad and Kirpa and gives a small box to Humaish. Kirpa and Angad clear off with Humaish pretending to take the gift to the table while Mishti quietly slips away from there.



More after 3 hours, so keep it here for the last part of today 😃

T: It's a nice party (trying to sound casual but her heart is racing like something)

P: Yes (very blank robotic answer)

Trushna just looks at Prithvi as she is surprised by the change in him. For the past week she hadn't seen him and had finally realised that she liked, no actually felt more for him. She missed him a lot and was glad that he was here but was still puzzled about his cold behaviour. Kirpa sees the lost feeling on her face and rescues her.

Then it's the time to cut the cake, everyone gathers around and Angad, Kirpa and Prithvi stand there with Humaish on a chair. Everyone sings Happy Birthday while these 3 help Humaish blow out the candels and cut the cake. Now the music starts and the couples dance. Kirpa and Angad get Trushna and Prithvi dancing together. Trushna feels that Prithvi is rigid, Mishti notices and tells Kirpa. Kirpa and Angad go next to them and Angad suggests changing dancing partners. They do.

K: Whats wrong Prithvi? Why r u sulking? Even Trushna is here but still…..

P: That is why I am in this mood

K: What, I thought u liked her?

P: Well I still do but she likes someone else

K: Did she tell u that?

P: No I saw her the day I had to leave with someone else and she was having a good time!!

K: Have u asked her about it?

P: How can I, I even didn't tell my feelings…..

K: U have to sort this out

P: OK OK I will try


In the meantime:

A: Are u enjoying the party Trushna?

T: The party is great

A: Then whats wrong?

T: Nothing

A: No I can tell and actually u can do with a friend. I might be able to help gesturing towards Prithvi

T: Well I started liking Prithvi but was not sure of my feelings but now I know I love him as I missed him so much when I didn't see him but he is avoiding me now

A: Did anything happen before he went

T: Not that I know of….

A: Ok leave it to me

The song ends and Angad says to Prithvi I want to only dance with my life partner, don't have fun with anyone else (makes a face)

They move off too the centre while Prithvi goes to his mum and Trushna joins the other new singers.

Angad and Kirpa share there conversations and instantly know that there is a misunderstanding. The start looking for Prithvi and ask Damini where he is, she says that he has just gone outside to make a phone call. Angad goes outside while Kirpa goes to Trushna.

T: Kirpa is it possible that ur guard could get us a taxi, we have to go

K: No don't be silly, our driver will drop u. Just give me a minute.

They walk to the car, while the others are fitting in the car Kirpa keeps Trushna occupied in her conversation. Then when Trushna sees that all of them are seated there is no space for her.

K: Don't worry me and Angad will drop you in 15 minutes, the guests have started leaving so we will be free

T: Are u sure?

K: Yes ofcourse

They all say there byes and then Kirpa and Trushna walk in. Angad has also talked to Prithvi and told him to clear the air. Kirpa tells Angad about giving her a lift and after 15 minutes they go out to leave, Prithvi did not get a chance to clear up the situation.

A: This is my car, please get in

T: Really nice

Trushna sits at the back, while Kirpa and Angad take there seats. Angad starts the car but it wouldn't start. Angad gets out angrily and opens the bonnet. Cant see anything wrong. Just then Prithvi comes out to leave for home as Damini was staying back to help Naina and was to return with her driver later.

P: Whats wrong Angad?

A: My car is not starting

P: And where were u going ???

T: (Coming out of the back seat) to drop me

P: Oh ok, if u don't mind I could drop u

T: OK (seeing the old Prithvi back, pleased)

They sit in the car, Kirpa turns to Angad.

K: This car needs service I would say.

A: No it doesn't (starts the car without any effort)

K: So u…… (smiles and hugs him)

So this is it for today, there will be more tomorrow, till the end of this week. 😃

Trushna and Prithvi sit in the car, Prithvi doesn't start the car. They look at each other and suddenly speak up at the same time. They laugh and then Prithvi gestures towards Trushna to speak.

T: No Prithvi I think u have something important to say so u go first

P: OK, I think u have an idea that I seriously like you a lot.

T: Yes I know……

P: SO can u tell me if u r available, I mean to get married

T: I am (blushing and eyes down)

P: Then was it ur boyfriend u were out with because it did not look like he was just a friend. If u r serious about him I wish u all the luck in the world but I do need to know……

T: Oh my God, If u r talking about near the beach in the morning – I was with my brother. Remember the one I was buying a gift for that day?

P: Oh sorry I was really worried, he was so handsome I thought I had lost my chance. Thank God

T: (shy)was there something else u wanted to say, by the way I forgive u for thinking in overdrive!!

P: No I have my answer, its all over ur face.

Prithvi drops her at home and thinks to himself that may be she was his destiny…..

As soon as Prithvi gets home his mobile rings.

A: Abay gadhay kia hoa

P: Oh its u

A: tell me is all the misunderstanding sorted

P: Yes, that man was her brother

A: Oh my God Prithvi, such a fool of a friend I have. So did u tell her?

P: What?

A: Come on u have to tell us

P: Its for her to know and u to find out

Kirpa takes the phone from Angad
K: Prithvi we helped u out, u have to tell us

P: See u tomorrow (he smiles and switches off the phone)

Kirpa and Angad go where Naina, Dadi and Dilip are sitting.

N: Kirpa I think we will leave the gifts till tomorrow

D: Actually u could video Humaish while he sees the gifts

A: Good idea dad

Dadi: I think all of us need to sleep now, really late

K: I agree

Everyone goes to there room. Angad stays back and comes to the room after 5 minutes. Kirpa comes out of the bathroom and sees Angad sitting on the bed with some cake in a plate.

A; We were so busy with everything that didn't even have cake but I told teddy to put some away for us

K: So shweet of u

She takes the plate from him and offers it to him, he opens his mouth but Kirpa takes a bite herself.

A: Kirpa…..

K: Ok, here u go

She does the same thing again but this time Angad is fast, he pushes the cake in her mouth and her lips and the surroundings get covered with cream and cake. She starts to go to the bathroom to clean it when Angad pulls her in his arms and licks it off. They then sleep in each others arms but not before the close the light and have a good time…… 😉

Next morning Prithvi gets up early as he has to start the promotion campaign of the students by the end of the next week. He comes to the dinning area and is finishing his breakfast when Damini joins him:

D: Beta where did u go yesterday?

P: Mum I had to find out, it was killing me

D: What beta?

P: Mummy u can go to Trushna's house to ask for her hand for me

D: Oh beta I am so happy for you (hugs him) I will go tomorrow, and I think u should go with me

P: OK mum, I will make sure I come back by 3 and we will go there around 5

Prithvi goes to work and has a great day.

While at the Khanna house, Karthik and Mishti get up early as they have to launch the album today at lunchtime. They prepare the conference room when they get there. The office boy is sent to all the major channels with the video of the title single, which will start to be broadcasted from 3pm – after the press conference.

At Trushna's house, she is getting ready to come to the release. Her brother (Sunny) comes to her room.

S: So today is ur launch

T: (with a big grin on her face)Hmmmmm

S: This big smile ear to ear – can it have something to do with the handsome man who dropped u off yesterday!! And another day before that

T: U…….

S: Only speaking the truth………..

T: Well yes bhai, he will be coming today

S: What so soon

T: yes, u know the funny thing he saw us together and thought that u were my boyfriend!

S: Obviously yaar, not his fault

T: Why is that?

S: Well look at me (pops his collar) and look at u (with a disapproving look)
They have a loving sister brother fight and then leave for the studio.

Kirpa, Angad, Naina, Dilip, Prithvi, Damini and dadi are there with Humaish to support Mishti and Karthik in the launch. All the students are briefed by Naina (the talking expert). The press conference starts with the video and all are impressed, then they ask various questions and all of them give good answers. There are refreshments for the press and then they leave at 2:30. Trushna introduces Sunny to Prithvi and they hit off straight away. Same music, clothes, activities taste.

T: (on there way home)so what do u think

S: So so…..

T: I am serious bhai

S: Well, nothing is got enough for my sis (gives her a brotherly hug)

Later on Prithvi, Mishti and Damini go to Trushna's house and meet her parents and make a formal introduction. Then they ask for Trushna's hand and her parents ask Trushna and she agrees. The shugan is given and the official sagai is set for 2 weeks time. And before that they will get a wedding date by a pandit.

Prithvi calls up the Khanna's and they all go out for dinner. Everyone is happy and congratulate each other. Time flies when u r having fun!!!

It's the day of the sagai, the Khanna's have come over to help everyone is busy sorting things out. When Angad notices Prithvi going out.

A: Prithvi………..

P: Angad, I am going out to pick up the flowers, I'll be back in 40 mins

A: No man u go and get ready, I will get them

P: Sure?

A: Man u have done so much to me, I can atleast do this

They hug and then Prithvi goes in while Angad goes to pick the flowers, from there he picks a big bouquet for Kirpa as well.

All go to this 5* hotel, where the sagai is taking place. The bride's side is already there. Prithvi looks towards the stage but cant see much as there are a lot of Trushna's friends surrounding her.

Angad, Karthik, Mishti and Kirpa take him to the stage.

KA: Excuse me, groom coming through

Girls: Not Allowed
There is lots of noise and bantering, the girls ask for Rs10,000. After lots of haggling and bantering they agree on 6000. But oh my Prithvi is not ready for the view, he almost faints when he sees the beautiful apsara infront of him, Prithvi himself is not looking any less than a prince charming.


All the rasams are done and then the wedding date is announced as after the concert on 30th September. They all go home happily.




More to come tomorrow, but I am in only half a day so will be only 1 update.
