well in Maharashtra HSKD..having tough competition as Ritesh's first Marathi movie released

which is doing fab than HSKD... 😆 all shows packed...masala movie...plus Sallu bhai guest appearance 😆 ritesh on roll

I hope you will see this post.

Just wanted to type this when I'am still HIGH on emotions.

Just finished watching Highway.

Don't remember when is the last time I felt like this...with overflowing emotions, but stuck at the throat , after watching a Hindi movie.

The movie is a masterpiece...every frame of it.

Glad to know that there are still ppl who make such movies...and ppl who get a chance to be a part of such movie making.

One genuine doubt though - Did it make any money ?

Yeah Nivi, I caught it in repeat .

Could not understand the need of Krishna feeling the pain of Abhi.

Firts thing toh if he knew that it would be fatal for Abhi today then why he chose to go that other place taking away Arjun when only Arjun has power to stop Jaidrath?

He was the main planner of Pandavas toh why could not he had his counter move?

Secondly Abhmanyu has successfully destroyed six gates of Chakravuha ,was defeated only at seventh, here toh he was standing on the entrance of it and talking with his tatshri and they were also able to watch him.😕

I think it did.

Aliya is established as an actress after doing this movie.

I have yet to watch it.

I was saying na on that day about a new set of directors who are delivering very good , realistic movies and are not afraid of experimenting new things.

Shikhandi as a woman was already waiting for an opportunity to kill Bhishma but Yudhisther with his dharma logics ( a woman can not enter battle field 😡) prohibited her , then she again did tapsya to get man's body which she got , Bhishma too wanted to help Pandavas so he also told them about his Pran.

Btw Krishna did that to counter Shakuni who did not hesitate to achieve his goal by any which means.

Yo...

HSKD is fun film...full time pass...

Surprisingly Varun is adorable in movie Aaliya is superb

both had bang on chemistry...first half both simply makes u laugh smile dance

second half belongs to Ashutosh Rana awesome i simply love him various shades in his character he is mindboggling

SS really had small role...he got two shots that too with Sahil guy believe me that Sahil stole show bang on..well here no one whistle when SS go shirtless...

SS only for eye candy...he look young smart...but absolutely no scope ... Well in fact i did not feel his role ended abruptly

I do not miss him at end...Varun makes you feel such way u hated SS character...

I love movie first frame to last frame it makes you smile ...

well at lunch meet Nana Patekar...such simple humble man but did nt permit to take pictures

but he ask us join for lunch with him,his son Malhar ...

I think it recovered the cost - was an average on BO.. plus mixed reactions from audience and critics alike

yeah, m happy for the overall product - lyrics which enhance the situation in movie...rather explain it...the characters, the ending! sometimes I wonder if Mahabir wouldn't have died...but he had to...he was living a dead life..he was a dead man...filled with guilt and troubled by his conscience...and also I m not sure whether his mother was actually alive...he said he committed 3 murders...I thot 2 was his father and the zamindar who exploited his mother...and the third one - was he referring to himself...or to his mother? maybe she committed suicide?

yeah Anshu it totally did😳 I walked into the theatre...thinking this is another case of miscast...like nargis in rockstar...literally thot she was pathetic as an actor..

and walked out being totally moved by alia as veera⭐️

its Imtu's best work till date - he really disappointed me with Love aaj kal and rockstar...but he was in top form here...I think all the movies he made before highway...lead to him finally making this movie👏👏
