SS: Arshi , The Right Decision ? Chapter 10 updated on pg 22 - Page 3

I was about to post Chapter 4 on Monday but since it turned out to be longer than i had thought i posting it in 2 halves. Here is the first half.

Chapter 4A

First Morning

When Arnav woke up the morning after, he found no signs of him being married, in the room until he reached the bathroom. He could smell the sweet fragrance of lavender that invoked a feeling calmness and tranquility in him. Or was it the reminder of his marriage to Khushi brought calmness to him. He smiled to himself getting ready for his office.

While cooking her first breakfast at her in-laws, Khushi Singh Raizada was all the while thinking about the reaction of her husband after eating the food she cooked.

ummm ... Bhabhi khushbu to bahut achi aa rahi hai halwe ki. Aap ko Gajar ka hawla Chote ka favourite hai.' Said Anjali

Di, aap humse badi hain, aap humein please Khushi hi bulaya kije.'

Anjali lovingly touched Khushi's left cheek and said ok. Let check ur jiju woke up or not , we need to leave for Goa today .

Di, Jiju said he doesn't have to leave for until another week, so why r u planning to leave today.' Came the panicking voice of the man in the thoughts of our new bride.

Chotte woh actually, Shyam ji got a call yesterday that the meeting has been preponed. And since the launch will happen soon after the meeting so I will also have to leave with him. I really wanted to stay with you all for few more days but can't. Anyways we will be meeting you there on the launch. Now let me get ur jiju down for breakfast.

Soon after Anjali left Khushi found herself as the object of attention of her husband.

Hey Devi Maiyya, dekha aapne, subah subah he, he has started with the staring thing. When she felt heat rising from her neck to her face she abruptly turned around to finish off the cooking. It was already hard for to concentrate on the work she was doing, when she felt encircling her waist from behind.

Dhak dhak...dhak dhak...Hey devi Maiyya yeh kya ho raha hai. Along with stupid heart my stomach is also behaving weirdly. And what's with these butterflies all over in my stomach. And why is he standing so close.' She thought.

Arnav had seen his wife in a red and black net saree, with her pallu open on her left shoulder, giving prominent emphasis on the right parts of her hour glass like figure, her mangalsutra adorning her swan like neck, the bright red vermillion in the parting of her forehead, the red n white chuda and her animated expressions while talking to his di. He felt his blood freeze for a moment and then rushing downwards.

O how he would love to sink his teeth in that delectable neck of hers. Will her skin be as smooth all over, to touch, as it looks like? And that naval of hers is just mocking me behind that thin stitch of cloth. Will it ripple if I lick it a bit? Is it a sin to think about your own wife like this?' While all these blood freezing thoughts were going on in Arnav's head his ear perked up on the sound of Goa' and he came tumbling back to earth.

But as soon as his Di left he could not waste a second more staying away from his wife. The night full of distance was enough for him and he needed to be as close to his wife as he can. So soon he slid his arms around her waist through her saree and rested them on her stomach. He felt her getting stiff and suck in her stomach. He rubbed his thumb a bit on her naval and rested his chin on her shoulder fanning his breath on her neck. He said in a voice laden with desire

Good Morning, I thought of looking at you first thing in the morning, but u were gone. I found the room just like before I was married. I didn't like it a bit. From tomorrow I want to see your face first thing in the morning. And no, no will be angry if you are late by a few minutes. Is that clear? Can at I expect this from my wife?'

Khushi was too shocked to say anything so she just nodded her head.

Kool' said Arnav leaving her to her state, with an amused expression on his face.

Thankfully Hari Prakash(house help) came in 2 minutes later and broke her revere

Khushi bhabhi nashta laga de?'

huh... O haan hari Prakash ji... Aap nashta le jayiye hum chai leke aate hain.'

After serving everybody, she served her husband without looking at him. Just as she was about to leave he held her hand and made her sit on the chair next his.

Sit and eat, HP will take care of the rest.'

haan bhabhi aap bhi baith jayiye. Waise bhi Chote doesn't seem to be able to take his eyes off you. May be now with you beside he can concentrate on his food. Kyun Chote?'

Di... did you forget the day after you got married? Or need I remind you how you kept pouring kheer in Jiju's bowl until we interrupted the staring competition. Hai na Nani?

And just like that the dining table found all the members of the famiy laughing their hearts out, except for two brides, who were giving outright competition to each other in blushing.

F***, cursed Arnav in his mind seeing his wife blush.

How the hell am I supposed to keep my hands to myself when here she is burning me to ashes just by blushing?'

Acha chalo ab bahut huigava... Zara chaakhein to humaar bahu ne khana kaisa banaya hain? Said nani ji bringing back all to the breakfast table.

O thank God Nani... I am dying out of hunger... And waise bhi humein jaldi se bhabhi ko unke ghar jo le jana hain'

Suddenly the table found Arnav chocking on food. Khushi gave him water and pat his back ... but Arnav was more interested in what Aakash said rather than recovering from the bout of cough.

However, Arnav soon stopped coughing and asked Aakash why does he have to take Khushi to her mom's place...and moreover why does she have go?

The dining table again echoed with laughter.

This is not funny Dammit!' Came a thunderous voice of Arnav stopping everybody laugh mid way.

To this Naniji replied that its Khushi's pag Phera today and they both have to go her mom's place.

Lekin Aakash bitwa ee kaam Arnav bitwa kar lenge aao ko un ke saath jaane ki kauno jaroorat nahin.'

Woh naniji lekin...woh main ,... haan who main bhabhi ko bahut miss karunga ... Toh is liye main bhi jaunga unke saath...Waise bhi bhai has to go to office so she would need some company..hai na bhabhi?'

Khushi didn't know what to reply and just confused as to what was happening ?

Anjali however sensing some Dal mein kaala' scrunched her brows and stared at Aakash as to what is going on in his mind. Coz she had definitely not missed all the longing glances her youngest brother was giving to Payal, in all of the marriage.

'Naaaniii, I was thinking, now that Chote has cleared the way for Aakash why dont we start looking for a bride for him too. Haina Aakash.'

Said Anjali to a bewilder looking Aakash.
