On 8th June 2014,24 Students of VNR Vignana Jyothi Engineering College,Hyderabad are washed away in Beas river..It was misfortune for them...Out of the 48 students in industrial tour 24 students r missing.All the students are from EIE branch 2nd year..

Students started to trip on 3rd..They visited delhi,agra,shimla..The incident took place when they r on d way to Kullu manali from Shimla..On 8th around 6-6:15 pm students in 2 buses got down to take photographs..They enquired the people nearby if it is safe..While the students r taking pics Dam water was suddenly released..The moment the students realized the danger n b4 dey could save themselves some of them r washed away..

A Student named Kiran Saved 4 of his friends n he couldn't save himself..Salute to Kiran..

OMG this is shocking. And very very sad. :(

I'll pray to God that the missing students are found and everyone is safe and sound there. May God give strength to their families in this tough phase.

This is so sad! I'm beyond shocked! I saw the video, students shud hv gone back to their bus when thy saw the water raise up =(

I salute Mr Kiran Kumar. He's truely a hero, and I pray he's safe!

May the students who died in this incident RIP and I pray the rest is safe and alive :(. May god bless them

watching them getting swept away by the water, left me shocked, sad and scared.
