Lol..excellent topic! I make rotis only once in a while and when I make them, they are never round! Round is just too common and ordinary..I prefer African-shaped rotis, personally.
then u can have plenty from meπ...i guess im an "African shape rooti making machine"π (when ever i make rooties.....the last time i made a rooti was abt 8 months agoπππ)

π Earlier my mom always used to complain.." Geethu, u never help out in the kitchen".. I helped her make my african rotis...after that, she barely calls me...even when I 'insist' on helping her. My kitchen exploits are too embarassing to elaborate.
Sneha,π exactly my point..those who mind shapeless rotis, go and make u'r own 'round' chapatis!
Maybe we could start a thread "Blunders in the Kitchen". I can write an essay on it.

lol guys............some of your stories are hilarious!πππ..........and Sree di.........next time i'm asked to cook, i'm ordering my rotis straight from your house!π
As for me.......my first two rotis usually start of round, and then slowly start taking shapes of all the country's in the world!π..........But they're soft and edible - so who say's rotis have to be gol?!π
