16th century Jodha in a night gown?

Yesterday's episode (i.e. 3/6/14) somehow stole the essence of the awe inspiring history that we have been watching with fascination.

Jodha had a new night gown, something that looked like one imported from China. I would like to know if the Begums in those days really wore something like that...!

Even incidents seemed to be mere coincidences rather than being natural just like all other serials are made of. For instance Chand Begum simply disappears from behind Mahamanga. How did she go out of the tent and from where?

The serial is slowly losing some of its historical charm with Jodha always teasing and taunting Jallal like a modern celluloid mischievous heroin.

I also fail to understand Jodha's mental disturbance and her anger towards the king, when news of Rukkaiya's pregnancy gets into the air. She is also not able to tolerate Jallal getting close to Rukkaiya.

Rukkaiya being Jallal's Khas Begum and his childhood fiance, (being with him for sooo many years) is it not justifiable on her part too to get mad over Jallal getting closer to Jodha?

Somehow, my sympathy goes for Rukkaiya who is not as smart, tricky and shrewd as Jodha in holding Jallal to herself.

This is not the first time Jodha wore a gown. Even earlier (Dakka incident day) wheh Jalal went to her room, she was wearing a gown.I think even in thos edays, they would be using them as they were doing trade with other countries and would have got the stuff.

hey dear the night gown is a part of their NATKIYA RUPANTAR😆havnt we seen the real pics,evn the costumes r vry different nd its quite impossible to believe if in 16 th century there is any possibilities of gowns...
nd regarding jodha i'll say dat since beginning till now her charactersketch has been very undigestible nd hollow unlike Akbar whose charactersketch has a depth...the cvs hv failed big in making the 2 lead characters parallel in real manner which is the reason we find some scenes realy awkward nd unbelievable...

the gown is there somewhere. i myself read that they used some sort of thing similar to the stuff she wears.

U r talking about royal essence in this show 😲 its lost long time ago. Neithe the clothes r royal nor behaviour of queen, bandis nd minister.🤢 Its just another crap of 21st century the only diff is that they r given names of 16th century historical figures. 🥱 Emperor roaming after his begum like puppy. Begum taunting his shauhar as if he is her servant. Begum asking for massage from shauhar n his wife as if all bandis r dead n burried.Begum n ministers giving suggestions w/o permission. Queen empress more concerned abt her bahu.😡 There is long list of such scenes which depicts that this show was never concerned abt royality or was even near to royality. hats off to the makers n creatives for butchering real n reel characters to the worst level 👏

🤣 u know what I m frequently coming to IF just becoz of mrs tokas. Her activities on IF n twitter is making me laugh.

Yes it's totally justifiable for rukayya begum to behave like this... 👏 it's justifiable even if she gives sprayed gulabdaasta to her beloved 10 yrs frn n it's totally justify able evn if she fakes abt preg bcz she is not hurting nyone or playing with other feelings... 👏 even aftr fake preg truth comes out I dnt think nyone wants to punish her bcz evryone feels sympathy for her n her actions 👏 even god shudnt punish her or any human being shud not even think in dreams also of punishing rukayya begum... After truth comes out I want to see one big patch up hug of rukayya n jalal and also rukayya n HB...
My deepest sympathy for our Mughal sultanat ki aan ban Shan mallika e khas rukayya begum...
